TThanis T.The hotel is clean and basic amenities are provided. Reasonable with the price. Since I rely a lot on walking, the location is neither good nor bad. It was 2.5 km from the city center but since it is spring, the walk is really enjoyable.

CComer the roamerThe hotel is located in a quiet little neighborhood next to the major bus station. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, they even gave me an extra sleeping pillow upon request. The room was livable, shower was tiny, and the view looked out into a cute backyard. The breakfast options were phenomenal and often went back for a second portion.

MMars_MarsThe receptionist (late/night shift) is just unfriendly. Breakfast is good for the price. The building shakes as soon as the tram drives past. The hotel is in the middle of the city. The rooms are extremely small.

AAnonymous UserManda Heritage Hotel was a great place to stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The only small downside was that only one bottle of mineral water was provided. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

GGuest UserThis is a nice hotel. The staff are very friendly, the place is very clean, and the location is good, close to the city center. The downside is that we could hear running water noise in the bathroom of our room from time to time, which disturbed our rest. The staff immediately changed us to another room, but unfortunately, that room also had the same noise. It's possible that both rooms were close to the drainage system.

GGuest UserLocated  close to bus station; room slightly  more dated than appears on the booking site; besides that enjoyed staying in the room with big bed and comfortable mattress; nice bathroom/shower; fridge in room: tv with apps loaded incl Youtube and Netflix; only complaints would be no safe in the room and the  bed pillows could be a bit smaller; breakfast offering was varied; hotel appears to be well run with breakfast area being well-managed by staff, engagements with hotel reception were pleasant and efficient and room cleaning was done promptly

Althought the food selection during the breakfast is a bit limited, but the taste is quite nice with a comfortable dining environment as well. The hotel location is a bit far from city centre, but there is a tram station nearby the hotel, which is within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance.

Bbob12345678The location is very good, very close to the core scenic area, the backyard can be uphill, about 150 meters away from the most crowded Jeracheci Governor's Square, elegant. However, breakfast is not good, after all, it is a small hotel, and the freshness is a bit small.
