3-Star Hotels in East Java, Indonesia

Our 2nd time staying at this hotel. It was in a good neighborhood (many street food vendor at night). Good service (fast check-in/out), suitable parking space. Overall a great stay for us.

A very good vintage hotel in Surabaya Old Tiown. Loca yes just across Taman Sejarah and near Jembatan Merah. The service is excellent, when I got a warm welcoming letter and a plate of chocolate cake.

cleanliness is quite good friendly service the bathroom is quite clean but the TV is very gloomy moreover the bed is sagging until it tilts almost falling. for the price of 200K it is still very lacking... better to find another alternative.. like fave, my tower or other cheap hotels just add a little bit and it's clearly good..

Please change the door room coz there some crack on door room number 509. People can sneek into the room. Repair the hot water circulation coz both room 509 and 510 we dont get any hot water in the shower.

The service was great! The only thing is, if you're traveling in a group, you might have to wait for the hot water to replenish between showers. Service was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. Cleanliness was good. The towels had a sulfur-like smell, perhaps from being stored for too long. The facilities were good and complete.

Whiz Prime Hotel was perfect for me. The location was fantastic where i want go restaurants and places to see near by. Thank you kindly to the wonderful staff for making my stay truly special.

Nice location, close to Mt Bromo, and may walk around the villages nearby. Like the podium setting, overseeing mountain view, feeling refreshing and relaxing, while enjoying cup of hot local tea. However, for solo traveller, might not be recommended, due to at night is too quiet and dark. Having to walk from cabin to lobby in midof night 2/3am may be uneasy for some. Overall I would recommend only if you are someone easy with total darkness surrounding 😀

I had an unexpected overnight stay and requested a non-smoking room. When I checked in around midnight, the service was quick, and I was immediately given a room. Thankfully, the room was clean and didn't smell. The next morning, check-out was also swift, so the online taxi waiting for me didn't have to wait long.

The hotel is good, the breakfast is quite complete and worthy of being a star **. The location is in the middle of the city near the campus, it is only located in an alley not a protocol road, the reception service is good, only the hotel technician's response to complaints about TV channels is lacking. Overall good

It was decent. Hot water was hard to come by at night, usually just lukewarm. The hotel's ground floor restaurant had good food and was reasonably priced. It's in the city center of Surabaya, close to the mall, which is convenient for shopping.
