Excellent value for money. I'm grateful to the hotel for being accommodating and allowing a very early check-in without any extra charges. The staff is always reachable. The location allows you to walk to the city center, and there are several public transport stops and a good grocery store near the hotel.
This is my first choice hotel every time I visit Bishkek. It has a convenient location, a nice surrounding environment, and although the hotel is not large, it offers good value for money. Booking in advance through Ctrip results in a reasonable price and excellent value.
The hotel is very modern, new, and has many amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything. The reception staff is excellent. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is spectacular. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food and prices are good.
We stayed at Urban Hotel Bishkek a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was exactly as described, clean, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was straightforward and pleasant from the moment we arrived. It really felt like we got more than what we paid for.
What truly stood out, however, was the team’s exceptional commitment to customer service. On our departure day, we had to leave about an hour before breakfast service normally began. We asked if it might be possible to have something small packed to take away with us. Instead of simply agreeing to that request, the staff went far beyond our expectations.
They kindly offered to ask the cook to start preparing breakfast earlier just for us so that we could come down and enjoy a proper breakfast before leaving. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel looked after.
A huge thank you to the team at Urban Hotel Bishkek for their kindness and hospitality. It left a lasting impression on us and was a wonderful reflection of the warmth we experienced throughout this amazing country.
Overall, room was spacious and as described. Toilet flush was getting stuck a lot.
Location is near the Osh Bazaar and as per the locals, the area is a bit unsafe at night. Location is further away from Ala-Too Square and those areas.
The kitchen was useful. The courtyard is large and spacious and good for resting if you don't want to go out to sightsee when it's hot.
The front desk could look into better restaurant recommendations. The ones they recommended were soso.
Overall, good value for price. I would stay here again.
Overall experience was good.
Location is strategic
Room is spacious.
Good restaurants are all within walking distance.
We checked out at 7am, Didn’t manage to take our breakfast but the hotel was very thoughtful in preparing a breakfast pack for us to take away.
The reception is not helpful, aircondition is not working, we requested for fan but they do not have a fan, the room was too warm. During breakfast, as we are rushing because we have a tour to go, we were not allowed to have breakfast, none of the staff were helpful, the old lady in the kitchen was so rude, she wouldn’t let us have a small quick breakfast, even if it’s already 8 am , the start of breakfast. I will not recommend this hotel
The newly renovated hotel is very brand new, and the new style is considered to be very new in this neighborhood, the price is not expensive, I recommend everyone to stay.
The hotel is very clean. In the city. The front desk can understand English. Breakfast milk 🥛 is cold. . . . . A bit not suitable for Chinese tourists. . . Everything else is fine. . The cereal is particularly sweet.
The hotel is located in the center of Bishkek, very close to Bishkek park. There are supermarkets around the hotel, which is also very convenient for shopping. The hotel floor is not high, and it is very convenient to get in and out. The hotel service staff is very enthusiastic. The only drawback is that the quilt easily generates static electricity. Overall, it was a good stay. experience

GGuest UserResting here is not the first time, the management of the hotel youth service level and the quality of the hotel improve and make our rest pleasant) you can see that the hotel is not standing on the spot but developing. Rooms are clean, towels, neats, The slippers are all necessary in the room. Thermal sources, Hamam, Sauna, Russian steam on wood, cold bath and large pool all necessary for excellent rest is present. The forces have a bar area now you can order food and drink without going away from the pool. There is everything for a comfortable rest in general.

TThanis T.The hotel is located in between the Alatoo square and the Osh bazaar so it’s not too bad. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. However my experience with the hotel should be noted by travelers and the hotel owner. Upon arrival, I was given a key to a room. When I opened the room, another guest was sleeping inside the room. I was shocked. Then I went back to the reception and was assigned another room. This time the room was not properly prepared. A vacuum cleaner was still inside the room and the bed was not made. My concern with security (as in anyone can easily enter your room with a key while you are sleeping) made the whole stay unpleasant.
DdekknWe stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.

FFarell SalvadorGreat place for travellers wanting to be close to the West Bus Terminal which gets you to Kochkor and Bokonbaevo. Walking distance of 300m only. The experience staying in this guesthouse was amazing. The staff were so welcoming with cheerful smiles. The place has that homely experience with a touch of kyrgyzstan vibes. I highly recommend this place for stay. Its worth the money.
GGuest UserI stayed in this hotel 7 days in total. I spent 3 days and 2 nights just before heading to Almaty. Once my Kazakhstan trip was over, I returned to Bishkek and booked this hostel few more days. The location is in city center and is near to bus station. Staff are friendly and helpful, more importantly they can speak English. The room is clean and it has our own huge locker. Perfect !!
