Walkable distance from Aung Mingalar Bus Terminal, easy access by taxi or car. Breakfast is just basic kind but nice. The room seemed not so well maintained as many parts were damaged and the air conditioner is noisy and had a few mosquitos in the room. 

Breakfast is OK, there are more types to choose from. Breakfast is the same as most hotels from 6:30 to 9:30. The room I stayed in could not have an extra bed. Suitable for children. The location of the hotel is very good, easy to find, very close to the Ruiguang Golden Pagoda. There is a small parking lot in the hotel. It is no problem to park five or six cars, but there are only one or two cars in normal times. The front desk service is especially good. If you go out to play more expensive, they will help you to call the taxi price will be more reasonable. When I left the store, I was in the morning flight. The breakfast at 6:30 allowed me to dine at six o'clock. The front desk service manager I have contacted many times is a man who has been a 13-year-old man. He is a good man, humble and courteous, and good at English. The only problem that arises is that the location of the hotel does not match the location indicated on the map. Comfy room and big bathroom, with good and hot pressure. A lot of options in the breakfast, but not so much for westerns (at least, there are bread and butter). The staff is so helpful! Good WiFi (but it’s necessary VPN).

I liked the place.. The food was good. Staff is very respectful 🙏🏽 Good Location I would like to visit again. I missed the spa... Overall, I liked the experience

I went to other places during the trip, so I stored my luggage here. For particularly early flights in the morning, there will also be a taxi service for you. There is a restaurant on the roof. The community is very safe and there are other restaurants. Traffic jams in Yangon are very serious in the afternoon now. Living here will save you a lot of time in traffic jams.

Highly Recommend this hotel . New renovate , friendly staff and large n clean room. I love the mattress that made me nice sleep. The location is walkable to street food in China town that plenty of inexpensive restaurant and bar.

A rare remodeled clean accommodation in downtown. Clean rooms, hot water, and good wifi compared to other hotels in the same price range. Recommended if you are looking for a hotel to stay in downtown.

The rooms are clean, spacious, the price is not expensive, and the staff is very attentive to customers. Good location near Myanmar Plaza.

It's not bad. The staff are very enthusiastic and help to call a car to the airport. It's relatively close to the airport and there's a golf course next to it. The location is a little remote and I'm of a certain age, but the price is here.
