Walkable distance from Aung Mingalar Bus Terminal, easy access by taxi or car. Breakfast is just basic kind but nice. The room seemed not so well maintained as many parts were damaged and the air conditioner is noisy and had a few mosquitos in the room.
Breakfast is OK, there are more types to choose from. Breakfast is the same as most hotels from 6:30 to 9:30. The room I stayed in could not have an extra bed. Suitable for children. The location of the hotel is very good, easy to find, very close to the Ruiguang Golden Pagoda. There is a small parking lot in the hotel. It is no problem to park five or six cars, but there are only one or two cars in normal times. The front desk service is especially good. If you go out to play more expensive, they will help you to call the taxi price will be more reasonable. When I left the store, I was in the morning flight. The breakfast at 6:30 allowed me to dine at six o'clock. The front desk service manager I have contacted many times is a man who has been a 13-year-old man. He is a good man, humble and courteous, and good at English. The only problem that arises is that the location of the hotel does not match the location indicated on the map. The position of the five-pointed star in the uploaded image is the location indicated by the route, while the small blue circle is the actual hotel location.
Comfy room and big bathroom, with good and hot pressure. A lot of options in the breakfast, but not so much for westerns (at least, there are bread and butter). The staff is so helpful! Good WiFi (but it’s necessary VPN).
I liked the place..
The food was good.
Staff is very respectful 🙏🏽

Overall, I liked the experience
This hotel is in a very good location, close to the embassy, the city center shopping mall, and the nearby supermarket Shwedagon Pagoda. It is very convenient. Then there is a large space and a kitchen. Even if you go out, you will be warm even if you cook yourself some noodles. There is a washing machine downstairs. It is a convenience supermarket. Although the supermarket is not big, it basically has everything you need. The cleaning is very clean every day, and luggage can be stored. I went to other places during the trip, so I stored my luggage here. For particularly early flights in the morning, there will also be a taxi service for you. There is a restaurant on the roof. The community is very safe and there are other restaurants. Traffic jams in Yangon are very serious in the afternoon now. Living here will save you a lot of time in traffic jams.

Highly Recommend this hotel . New renovate , friendly staff and large n clean room. I love the mattress that made me nice sleep. The location is walkable to street food in China town that plenty of inexpensive restaurant and bar.
A rare remodeled clean accommodation in downtown.
Clean rooms, hot water, and good wifi compared to other hotels in the same price range. Recommended if you are looking for a hotel to stay in downtown.
It's not bad. The staff are very enthusiastic and help to call a car to the airport. It's relatively close to the airport and there's a golf course next to it. The location is a little remote and I'm of a certain age, but the price is here.

LLundunfanglaThe environment is good and the transportation is convenient. Shopping and dining are very convenient there. The description of the hotel is as clean as the actual situation and it is cost-effective. The breakfast buffet has a variety of varieties and tastes great. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and it is worth staying.

EEmily283I stayed at this hotel because it was reasonably priced within Yangon city.
The size of the room was fine for me as I was traveling alone, and I didn't have any problems with the shower as long as it had hot water.
There are power outages several times a day in Yangon, and when I stayed at another facility, I experienced a four-hour power outage.
At Grand United, the emergency generator starts up immediately in the event of a power outage, and power is restored in about three minutes, so I was able to stay there without any inconvenience.
I also liked how the hotel's front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

AAsron Yanya8 Mile Hotel in Yangon offers a great stay with modern amenities, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly, attentive staff. Its convenient location near the airport and major attractions makes it ideal for travelers. Guests appreciate the delicious breakfast and well-maintained facilities. Highly recommended for a pleasant and hassle-free experience!
HHUABreakfast is very rich every day, and every day is different, this must be liked. The environment is relatively good. Relatively many hotels in the same category say that it is much quieter. The service was not even said, the hotel waiter even put my dirty clothes in a neat stack and put them away. Thank you here. The tip was originally reserved for the waiter, but was rejected. One more thing, breakfast can be delivered to the room, which is not available in similar hotels.

NNaingWhen I come to YGN, I always choose this hotel. Room clean and comfortable. Their breakfast is acceptable for a 3 stars hotel. Very nice location … I walking distance to the Inya Lake and the Myanmar plaza. Behind the hotel zone also have a lot of coffee shops, pubs and nice restaurants too …

GGuest UserGood value for money but good service.
Besides, the city view of Yangon is really good. You can have a good free breakfast. Be careful of crows while eating breakfast. Steal
