3-Star Hotels in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia

Informed hotel of the special occasion for our wedding anniversary and husband’s birthday but didn’t make any special. Anyway it’s okay.

Staff at reception counter not friendly, unhelpful. Need improvement to give better service to hotel guests.  Not knowledgeable about the surrounding area around the hotel.

-The interior looks fresh and modern, and most importantly — it’s clean. -Room is spacious, which was super helpful for packing before a flight. -There’s a water dispenser available. -No bars nearby, so it’s quiet at night , perfect if you sleep early. 24-hour reception Basic stuff included: • Indoor slippers • Hair dryer • Multi-charging cable • Towels • Hair & body shampoo Extras (paid): • Toothbrushes 🪥 (didn’t see toothpaste though) Nice little bonuses: • Got a free welcome gift each guest gets a pack of 696 Muar coffee ☕️! • There’s a small pantry with free biscuits, tea, and coffee great if you wake up early and want a quick bite. • Shared fridge and microwave available. Heads up: Not much to explore within walking distance and no convenience stores nearby ,you’ll need to drive out for food or shops.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location was very convenient, close to major attractions. However, it is quite noisy at night, maybe due to weekend and Public holiday. But we really enjoyed our stay. Overall, it’s a good choice for a short stay, offering great value for money. Would recommend it for budget travelers.

Decent affordable accommodation. The room was clean. Location is great, just a stone throw away from the beach. Lots of yummy eateries along the beach.

The air conditioner took a long time to cool the room, probably because it's old and doesn't seem to have been serviced. The bathroom was rather unclean, and the shower pressure was very low. There were no towels in the room; when we called reception, we were asked to collect them from the front desk. Breakfast was decent, however. Also, the bed sheets had numerous stains.

Great and very clean. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Even with a late check-in, they were accommodating and allowed a slightly later check-out. Thank you, Hotel Sun Inns Seremban. Very nice! ☺️

The staff were quite unwelcoming and stingy. They were especially tight with bottled mineral water, denying any requests for extra. Customer interactions were consistently rude and unhelpful. They were completely inflexible and showed a clear disregard for guest satisfaction.

i think it is the best time to change the furnitures in the room. tissue in toilet is not the new roll, i think left from previous guest. also no tissue in the room, only in toilet. the indian receptionists was talking in the phone very loud. not proper if customer see your attitude like this. the good one is water pressure is high. i love to shower here. 😆

Great stay! Close to the beach…. Only inconvenience is there’s no lift… but heard it will be ready soon. 5/5
