The night staying with Jesus and Mari was more than I expected. The room and the bathroom are literally brand new, very clean, comfortable and relaxing. I slept well and warm at night. They're expanding their island, so it makes my stay more unique by witnessing the process. A real experience! I spent a lot of time just taking a sunbath, naps, and reading the book which they provided in the room - it was about Taquile island, very interesting and informative! Jesus also took me on a Uros tour. We even went collecting the **** Totora! He shared a lot of knowledge about their culture and lifestyle. Besides Uros, he also knows a lot about Taquile. Mari instead showed me her beautiful artwork, which we're able to bring back if we want 🧡 And the lunch she cooked, uuuuf, delicious and abundant! With a lot of veggies and fresh trucha. I couldn't even finish it. And I highly recommend the location, it's on the edge of the Uros community, so tourists don't see us, and we're not bothered. I enjoyed the whole view of the lake and the night scene of Puno by myself. Bring your camera if you love photography. The sunset and the Milky way are charming. Btw, Jesus will take us from the port Kalapajra to the island. From the center, the red minibus only costs 1 sole. He replied WhatsApp quite promptly. The check-in/checkout was also flexible. Really appreciate it. I would love to stay 2-3 more days on Kontiki if the time allows! Felt it's much worth than just a day tour.

The hotel is in a very good location, with many restaurants and travel agencies nearby. It is on the side street of the main street and is relatively quiet. There is an elevator, it is clean and tidy, there is bottled water in the room, and the front desk service attitude is good. Breakfast starts early and eggs can be ordered

The hotel is in a quiet street close to the main square and main streets too, just about 5-6 minutes walk. Very impressed by the excellent services of their staff, especially Jimena, who can speak fluent English and was so helpful to make calls for me to my guides upon my requests. I stayed there for two nights. And one very accommodating thing was that they had tea bags, coffee, hot water and cups ready in each floor of the hotel so everybody didn't need to go down stairs to get some hot drinks and simply walked out the room a little to get access to drinks whenever needed. So convenient and I was deeply impressed !! Details make differences and I think the hotel is doing excellent in this. The breakfast was quite nice too with many kinds of fresh fruits, and strong wifi and hot shower in room !! The price was absolutely at perfect value. Highly recommended !!

The staff was friendly and enthusiastic. We forgot our computer on the bus, and the hotel staff helped us find the bus and retrieve the computer through the door surveillance. We were very touched and would like to thank the girl who helped us again. The hotel has a good location, clean rooms and rich breakfast.

Hôtel charmant, situé entre les places de Pino Park et la Plaza de Armas, à l'écart de la circulation offrant un calme absolu pour les nuits. Accueil très charmant et bienveillant. Chambres agréables, propres, spacieuses, avec espace de rangement pour les bagages, et radiateur! Très bonne literie, avec couvertures bien chaudes. Salle de bain propre. Eau chaude. Sèche-cheveux disponible sur demande. Petit-déjeuner en buffet. On y retrouve les basiques (pain, oeufs, avocat, fromage, jus de fruits, café/thé/lait), et des pancakes. Petit bémol sur le manque de variation d'un jour à l'autre. Très bon rapport qualité-prix compte tenu de mes avantages fidélité appliqués à cette réservation.

The experience of the room is also colorful, the room size is moderate, the whole house is cleaned very meticulously, clean and refreshing; the bed is soft and comfortable, and it is very relieved to sleep. Puno has a large temperature difference between day and night, the room insulation effect is very good, and the house is very warm; The hot water supply in the bath is stable, the water pressure is sufficient, and the washing experience is great. What surprised me the most was the hotel buffet breakfast. This trip to Peru was definitely the first breakfast, perfect for the taste of the Oriental. Other hotels can hardly see hot stir-fried dishes for breakfast. Two Chinese hot stir-fried dishes are directly provided here, a mix of seasonal vegetables, green vegetables, carrots, zucchini, green peppers are fried together, fresh and refreshing; the other is Peruvian special beef stir-fried, beef with tomato and onion cooking, full of flavor. In addition, there are white porridge, boiled eggs, warm stomach. Fruits are rich in variety, watermelon, cantaloupe, papaya are all available, and three or four freshly squeezed juices are provided at the same time, and there are many choices. The staff took the initiative to enter the pier location into my mobile phone map to clearly plan the travel route. There was no need to worry about getting lost. Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, stable and sufficient hot water, warm rooms, intimate and welcoming service, plus ceiling-level breakfast in Peru, this hotel has almost no shortcomings. If I come back to visit Lake Takata next time, I will definitely choose here again, highly recommended!
