3-Star Hotels in Windward Islands, French Polynesia

You can see the hotel's famous brand when you come out of the airport, but at a high place, you have to climb the steps for 10 minutes, so you can call a taxi to go around, it costs more than 20 dollars. The family room is quite spacious and has 2 bathrooms. Convenient

The place is fantastic. Super nice staff, very supportive with individual request. They store your luggage after check out & gave us the opportunity to shower before heading to the airport. Great service! Rooms are spacious enough for 1-2 persons if you stay only 1-3 nights. Our beds (especially pillows, sheets and mattress) were super comfy and we even had a little fridge in our room. There are no windows in the cabins but the AC is doing the job First we were but concerned about the shared bathrooms & restrooms. But no need! You find bathrooms (men & women are in separate aisle) with a shower (equipped w shower gel, shampoo & conditioner) incl a toilet and sink on each floor and you simple lock the room once you need to use it. All is really clean. We also liked the design of each area. The rooftop bar offers a big variety of drinks and some snacks. Fantastic view The Kon tiki is also very central. In front of the ferry terminal and you can walk „downtown“ for shopping, eating etc If we come back and need accommodation for a couple of nights, this would be our choice Big thank you again to the team 👍

Pros: The location is only a short walk to the ferry, cruise terminal, markets, restaurants and shops. If you are only sleeping there and can sleep through pumping music until the early hours it is convenient. If you want to enjoy any amenities like a restaurant for lunch stay elsewhere Con’s: There is no place to hang whilst you are waiting to check in. There is a coffee shop on ground floor. But I don’t travel to Tahiti to expect that is the only space available. We had planned to go to the restaurant for lunch but it was closed for a private function The lobby is a small area crowded with dozens 100? Bags stacked up waiting to check in or depart. We were told firmly check in is 3pm so your room can’t be ready until then. Really? at the stroke of 3 they will wave a manic wand and every room will suddenly be cleaned! There is no pool. The rooms look out to the Road and commercial terminal blocks most of the view we thought we’d paid for. The lifts are crowded with locals? Visiting the roof deck which was so loud into the morning we couldn’t sleep.

Very nice and helpful stuff. Great location to walk everywhere in town. Very clean rooms. Amenities basic but sufficient.

They had some really great dishes in the restaurant. The rooms were reasonably good and most of the staff were very pleasant. If you visit Tahiti it is a good idea to practice your French as it appears to be the primary form of communication. One thing we noticed was we understood there was a shuttle to the cruise ships and this communication was reversed so we paid for our own shuttle.

Decent place in a nice location but the reef has been mostly destroyed near the resort. The biggest problem was that the water was not drinkable (so also not suitable for brushing teeth)! At this price I would expect basic things like this to be in place. I ran out of water one night and had no way of getting anything to drink without walking for over an hour to the nearest water station. The staff were nice but the food was uninspiring and overpriced. The rooms were simple but OK.

Location is one of the best in Moorea for sunset and locals. Keep in mind that you should have a scooter or car to get to NIU! Taxi is too far and too expensive. There is a scooter rental 5min away. NIU super new. You can hear the ocean at night if you want. Supreme! The check in was lovely … the receptionist was lovely and friendly. The female manager a bit snobby (sorry to say). Try the „poisson cru“ at „O2“ restaurant near by

I got a room that was near the street. Quite noisy with cars and chicken. Wish they could have a better soundproof on every rooms. The rest of stay was great. Staffs were very helpful even if they couldn't communicate in English quite well. Overall, it's all good.

I booked this for my client who was meeting a Cunard ship the following morning, and this Hotel is perfectly placed for this. Nice and central - very clean and comfortable - and my client reported that they staff were helpful too. I will utilise this Hotel again.

Hotel in a stunning location, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. You can walk Beautiful light rooms. Fresh repair . I liked dinner in the restaurant, I recommend to look. Very friendly and responsive staff helped book a tour - a walk through the lagoon. The price is even more profitable than the agencies we passed.
