Convenient location. Bus, tram, and train right on your doorstep. Lidl in the basement! Parking in the underground car park is easy, but the €11 price is a bit steep... but it's safe! Awesome breakfast! Highly recommended. The gym is showing its age, not bad, but not good either... The only real drawback... the ladies who clean the rooms are ”very, very perfunctory.” Otherwise, highly recommended!

The hotel is not in the city, but the price/performance ratio is OK. The bus stop is at the door. This hotel is a Ford Motor Hotel! There is a KFC Grandpa opposite the hotel! Stay in winter to avoid New Year's Day, the price is cheaper!

The location is convenient; you can see it right after exiting the airport. It's also easy to take a bus to the city center. They offer 24-hour check-in, and you can store your luggage after check-out. The breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly.

Great value hotel in the old town. The hotel was lovely and clean. We stayed in a standard room, it had a double bed, sofa, coffee table, balcony tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was buffet style and very very busy. We only used it once. Much nicer places to eat a short 5/10 mins in the centre.

The hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic, right next to the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, making it super convenient for exploring the Old Town. On the flip side, it's a bit of a distance from the train station, which could be tough if you're lugging suitcases, especially in heavy snow. The breakfast selection was decent and quite tasty. We were given a connecting room, and I specifically mentioned my concern about potential noise. Luckily, our neighbors were quiet, and we didn't hear a peep at night. The room itself was quite spacious, but I felt the chaise lounge took up valuable space. It would have been perfect if it were replaced with a small round table and two chairs. There's a kettle in the room, but no complimentary water. I couldn't find a water dispenser on the second floor, and the one in the gym wasn't working. Other than that, everything else was great!

The room was good, even if a bit small for two people, the water pressure was weak. They have a laundry you can use, which is an advantage. BUT! The communication is very bad, especially for the hotel without reception. They didn’t send me check-in instructions in advance, and I had to have a written communication with trip.com support on my arrival day for the whole day to get them, which is unacceptable. And also, even though they say they have 24/7 support, the hotel responded to me about my inquiry only the next day. They were nice to let us check-in later, but we needed this information earlier than we received it.

Excellent location, close to the train station and just as close to the beach. The service was incredibly friendly. The room was very clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good, with something for everyone. Plus, 24-hour free access to espresso machine coffee, and the availability of board games and an Xbox really positively surprised me. Everything was great. I will definitely be back to this place.

The room was clean and tidy, especially the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bottle of shower shampoo with ginseng essence, a large and a small towel, a fixed hair dryer and toilet paper. No slippers and toothbrush toothpaste. The room has a fan, coffee tea bags, and a kettle. The hotel is two supermarkets, the cheapest brand supermarket and Carrefour that locals like. The hotel is the bus stop, you can 4.8 yuan one-way to the central train station, etc., or 6 yuan 75 minutes bus light rail and other interchange. The nearest Italian restaurant is 1.5 kilometers, but the front desk will help order food, there are delicious pizza and Polish dishes. Overall, the breakfast is very good, the front desk is very good and the transportation is convenient.

Location, room, service, breakfast, price is very satisfied, if it is not a hurry, I would like to stay one more night. Recommended to Gdansk!

As a solo female traveller arriving at 1am from the airport I felt the location was off the beaten track and felt uncomfortable arriving so late. The hotel room was very clean. Nothing was plugged in though and had put stuff in the fridge overnight not realising that it wasn't plugged in! Lots of towels and nice to have a hairdryer provided. The shower did not drain the water so you are paddling in water, then it slowly drained after I had got out of the shower. I felt safe and secure once in the bedroom.
