The interior is designed in the oriental style of a new generation. The hotel presents to visitors 10 unique rooms of categories from standard to two-room suite. The rooms are equipped with TV, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, multi-channel TV. A hairdryer, bath towels and a shower are also provided. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Every morning, the hotel provides a continental breakfast in a nearby cafe (not on site), but the hotel recommends paying for meals separately in the cafe. Dinner and Lunch can also be purchased. There is also free parking on site. Halal restaurants, Ashkhana Khola Cafe and Tatar Manor Restaurant are located next to the hotel. However, there are some downsides: Being located on the -1 floor, the room gets quite uncomfortable at night, becoming very stuffy. There are no windows to the outside (we knew this in advance, and we don't consider it a drawback), but there is a small window near the ceiling leading to the common hallway. This window isn't equipped with a blackout curtain or blinds, so at night, when guests move along the hallway and the automatic light comes on, the room is also illuminated, interfering with sleep. The bed has a hard mattress, and the duvet is too small: it barely fits two people. The overall condition of the room is acceptable, but there are some issues: cracked and peeling flooring, and unkempt (as if uncleaned) tiles on the shower floor. There's also a dusty hole in the bathroom (likely a former ventilation hole or similar). In addition, insects (worms, which are caused by moisture) were spotted in the bathroom. There's no kettle in the room; one is only available in the common area."

Приятная уютная атмосфера отеля. Отзывчивый персонал. Халаты , гигиенический принадлежности, чай, кофе, вода предоставляются. Удобная локация. Из минусов: Гости отеля должны понимать , что не только они в отеле и соблюдать максимальную тишину, так как не все планируют вставать рано утром, а значит не надо хлопать дверями, топать по коридору как солдаты на плацу и не общаться в полный голос по телефону! Из пожеланий: Установить электрические полотенцесушители в с/у. Очень холодно без него. А ждать пока прогреется тёплый пол - долго.

The hotel is centrally located on a pedestrian street. The location is very good, we liked it. The guy at the reception helped us with our suitcases, carried them up to the 2nd floor, and was always responsive and quick to answer our questions – great job! Trip.com, however, was disappointing; they didn't answer questions about payment. My card was charged 14,641.64 for 2 nights, but the voucher showed 13,770₽. I booked two rooms. We never received a response. It's a shame that Trip.com doesn't provide feedback.

Excellent, clean, and modern hotel in the center of Kazan. It's a 10-minute walk to Bauman Street through the park. If you get a room facing the courtyard, you'll sleep perfectly as it's very quiet. The spacious room has everything you need – slippers, toothbrushes, etc.
