Very beautifully designed resort - traditional. In a quiet area so not near the main city (if you want bars etc) but a short bicycle (50 baht per day) ride to the old city and historical park. Good breakfast (if you are okay with local) and the staff were excellent in every interaction. I wanted a motorbike to travel to Si Satchanalai Historical Park and the hotel kindly organised for one to be delivered to the hotel for 350 baht per day. The pool was a short walk from my room, very chill. The only issue with the room was that there is no safe to store your passport etc. It did feel very safe but i think all hotel rooms should have a safe. This is not consistently offered in Thailand.
Tips: Getting Grab seems to be an issue there - from the airport, a shuttle bus will drop you at the hotel for 2-300 baht per person. The hotel can organise an uncomfortable tuk tuk to take you to the bus station (New City) for 200 baht.
It is very hot there atm, so go to the historical park early.
There are a few restaurants and massage places but not really anywhere to go for drinks at night - i went just across the street to BaanB&B where they have a limited but good quality food menu and cold beers and some alternatives like G&T. A great place to meet other travellers.
This place is very conveniently located just next to the historic park. They provide free bikes for the guests and if you prefer walking the tourist spots are within walking distance.
Breakfast is typically Thai style which personally I like very much. Staffs are hospitable too. It is an ideal place to spend one or two days for a history tour!
I was satisfied with the price, it was clean, and overall it was good.
The room wasn't very cute, and it was dark with a brownish feel. It was fine for one night, but it might be a bit difficult (it would make you feel gloomy) if you stayed multiple nights.
The entrance door was the only door (and window), so if you opened the curtains you would make eye contact with the person in the bungalow in front of you
You usually have to wear thick blackout curtains, and when you close them the room is pitch black... You can't get that tropical feeling.
However, because it was a bungalow type, I wasn't bothered by the voices and noise around me, and I was able to spend my time quietly.
I was able to borrow a bicycle and explore the town.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing with the limited variety.
What a lovely place! Clean, new, nicely located (about 30 minutes from Sukhothai Historical Park, market and busses to Chiang Mai and Bangkok. The gentleman at the front desk is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Worth renting a bike from the hotel and move around. Even you can enter the park by paying extra 10 B for the bike, which is very convenient for seeing everything in an hour or so. Big C and a shopping center are a few km away from the hotel, there there’s only place to exchange money.
The room is private for sleeping alone on the 2nd floor, strong water, cool air, clean, not noisy sound, soft mattress, below is a cafe with a seating area. Hospitable owner
Very leisurely environment, large room, large terrace, suitable for empty tourists.
The sofa in the restaurant is very good, but unfortunately the counter staff does not speak much, I am sorry to sit idle.
Small jungle leaves a lot, maintain natural ecology, there are mosquitoes.
A short distance from the bus terminal, you need to take a tuk tuk or rent a locomotive.
The price is cheaper than the ancient city. If you take a long-distance bus and match the local locomotive, push.
Very comfortable resort, not big, but very exquisite, the room is very clean, the ground is spotless, it is very comfortable to walk barefoot on the ground, and it is quiet to sleep at night. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the historical park, and it is very convenient to ride a bicycle. Everyone is very friendly.
The accommodation is very cute. Forgot to take a photo of the front. The atmosphere is good. There's a fitness center, swimming pool, and onsen. Very suitable for relaxing. Stay in the hotel, no need to go anywhere. The atmosphere is good and quiet even though you are in the city. But on the day we went there were a lot of insects. Probably because there are a lot of trees 😂😂 Got bitten by mosquitoes all over my arm. And there were a lot of moths. Overall good, worth the price of 1000 baht including breakfast. The food is very delicious. It's a normal side dish, like rice porridge and bread.

Aanthony pycroftExcellent hotel for one night on road trip to Chiang Mai —- nowhere near the historic centre - think nice hotel on roadside with zero things around it

AAnonymous UserThis is absolutely fabulous for a couple and more for business trip and activities with over 20 people.
I booked this hotel and stayed only for a night but this is a very good experience. The staffs, accommodation and breakfast are superb.
If I have a chance to Sukhothai, this hotel will be a top list for me for sure :)

Ddaichance223Location is about 5 minutes walk to the bus stop by 12 line. There is a pool and restaurants are also available.
There was a shower momentum and the water was clean.
There are few guests in the corona, there is always no person at the front desk, and when there is a use, it is in the restaurant (cafe).
The entrance and exit of the hotel is auto lock, and when it comes out, the button is pressed and released, and when it enters, it is released by the card handed over.
Because it was scheduled to go around the ruins by rental bike, there was a rental bike shop next to it, and I booked this hotel in the new town to decide it.
Because the number of tourists decreased due to the influence of corona, the rental bike shop next door was lost. If the ruins sightseeing is the main, it is better to stay in the old town.
