ManaSuisseExcept for the location near the airport I wouldn't recommend this hôtel. It's dirty and noisy. And when the breakfast is included in the price of room, you get coupon for the restaurant. The choice of food for breakfast is very small. And it's either coffee (a very very bad one) or water (a very very small bottle). And then you are allowed to eat in the restaurant and you have to take away and eat in your room as there is no other places to eat. This breakfast is a joke :(

Guest UserI would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they’re a very deep sleeper. The road noise is impossible to sleep with. I’ll be complaining soon and seeking a part refund. Even with earplugs I couldn’t sleep enough. (There was also no bottled water. Even in countries with drinking tap water, hotel rooms get theirs from tanks so it’s not recommended.)

The hotel itself is better than expected; You can tell that they went through a massive renovation in order to give a chill vibes based stay (on the outside). Inside of the room, it’s definitely an old hotel… I liked the furniture, but the windows were too open for my liking (you get the feeling that anyone can look into your room); Not as much of an issue since we used the curtains! The bath towels were covered in hair (ranging from long strands to tiny ***** pieces) which I found to be disgusting. The staff were more than willing to switch out the towels (there was still hair on them but a little dusting off mainly did the job). There was tiny ***** hair pieces in the bathtub as well, but I washed them down the drain so no biggie. The main issue that I had with this stay was that you could hear everything that was going on in rooms next door or outside. We heard loud screaming and fighting into the early ams, and it took a while for them to stop. This is not the hotel’s fault, but if you do stay here, keep in mind that the rooms aren’t very spacious, you can hear everything, and there might be hair in your towels. Overall, I really loved staying here and found it to be quite charming. The view in front of the hotel is INSANE. Though I listed negative traits about this hotel, I feel that it’s important to give some transparency to readers of this review. Mostly everyone goes into a hotel thinking that it’s 1000% clean and perfect. However, for me, the negative reviews are what I look for so that I know what to expect. You will definitely love the vibes and views this hotel has to offer, as well as the friendliness of the staff who worlds here.

Guest UserIt was a room with a view of the diamond head and the sea.
I was a little worried about the height because I wanted a clear view of the sea, but I was satisfied with the Lanai overlooking the two without any problems.
It is old as a whole, the bathtub is old, and it takes time to get hot water.

AndSo, there were no toiletries and they did not provide though we requested - simple toiletries like toothbrush, tooth paste and razors. This was unlike other hotels which we stayed in O'ahu and Kauai, they were given upon request and given daily knowing that you have requested the 1st day. The pillows were soft and when we requested for them, they came back with 'unavailable', though they managed to get them the next day. The room was made, except for the beds (interesting) and cup was not washed though we left it soaked by the basin for the ease of the housekeeper. The counter that provided beach towels closed by 5pm? The pool is quiet and dead. Haha. Its an average stay.

Guest UserThe hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and being right by the sea was wonderful. However, if you're sensitive to noise, definitely avoid the rooms in the building undergoing renovation. The construction noise is mostly in the mornings, which is fine since you're probably out anyway. But the sound of the waves at night? It's insane. I'm not sure if the door to the terrace isn't soundproofed well or if the waves are just incredibly loud, but even an ASMR lover couldn't handle this. It wasn't a gentle lapping, but a constant, crashing roar that often kept me from getting a deep sleep. Other than that, parking was easy with free street parking, and the facilities were clean, which was great.

Guest UserThe location is fantastic! It's only a 5-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. They offer free luggage storage for suitcases and backpacks throughout your stay (until check-out), and you can easily retrieve or deposit items by simply asking at the front desk. When I checked in around 3 PM, there was a Japanese-speaking woman at the front desk, and in the evening, it was an English-speaking man. The facilities are generally clean, quiet, and problem-free. The common area has basic amenities like an electric kettle and a microwave, so you can eat and drink there. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

My flight arrived in the morning. I went to the hotel to drop off my luggage, only to be told that my room wasn't ready yet. They called me at 1 PM to let me know I could check in.
I was lucky to get a room with a balcony. However, it seems there's only one room with a balcony per floor, so it's a rare occurrence.
The room was very clean. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach, and the bus to Diamond Head is very convenient.
Relatively speaking, it's quite good value for money.

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to any place in WAIKIKI. It is very close to the lake, so you can walk or run. The hotel has a small swimming pool, a small gym, and a lobby to receive guests. There is also a place to work. It is relatively quiet. The front desk clerk is enthusiastic and upgraded our room for free. The room was originally on the 3rd floor, but it was upgraded to the 8th floor with a view of the lake. There is a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room, as well as plates and cutlery.
