Homer Tunnel is the only road link between Mifo Fjord and New Zealand. Although it is only1.2 kilometers short, it is very important to exist, and it is difficult to feel the steepness of the surrounding mountains without coming here. Please don't joke about this tunnel built for more than 20 years, it was built in the 1950s, and there was no major renovation.
