This Fu Zhai is relatively niche in Ningbo. It is located in the alleys of residents in Zhenhai, Ningbo. It has a history of nearly 100 years and has a old Shanghai style. It is a former residence of "celebrities". Now it is also known as Zhenhai Old Town Exhibition Hall. It was built in 1922. It is a Chinese and Western-style walking horse building courtyard. Because of the exquisite construction and complete preservation, it has also been rated as one of the "10 best" modern buildings in Ningbo. - Fu Zhai has two floors, both Chinese wooden doors and windows, and European stone pillars and stone carvings.
