Weinan Museum

The Weinan Drum Tower is located in the old city street of Xiangyang Office, Lintong District, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province. The former Qin Yujian Ganlu was set up in Weinan County in the past two years (360 AD), named after the county town on the south bank of Weihe River. The Weinan Drum Tower was built at the current site for nine years (613 AD). During the Ming and Hongwu years, when the county government of Wu Yun expanded the county, the Drum Tower and the county office were merged, becoming the gate of the county office, Jiajing 34 years, Huaxian earthquake, the Drum Tower was destroyed, the next year was rebuilt, and the Qing Dynasty was repaired.

Weinan Museum is a modern comprehensive museum integrating cultural relics collection, conservation research, display and display, publicity and education, archaeological exploration, excavation and clean-up, and academic exchanges. [1] The Weinan Museum is a major livelihood project approved by the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and a key project determined by the Weinan Municipal Committee and Municipal Government, which has received high attention and support from all walks of life. The project began preparation in early 2009 and is expected to be completed and opened to the public in 2013. So far, the early approval procedures and architectural design plans for the project have been completed, and the infrastructure works are about to begin. The site of the Weinan Museum is set in the Weinan High-tech Zone, located in the core area of the new cultural administrative center of Weinan. The project is adjacent to Sanxian Road in the east, Liuquan Road in the west, Lotte Street in the north, and the planned interchange road in the south. It is located on the same axis as the Weinan Cultural Square and the Weinan Government Office Building.

The collection is rich and worth a visit. There is also a special theme "Finding the Ancient Country", which shows the story of Liu Jiawa and Guyan Country. There are not many tourists, the parking lot is sufficient, parking is convenient, and the ID card is exchanged for free tickets at the front desk.
