Go to Chengdu and live near Ranhuaxi Park. From the hotel, you can see the Shu Embroidery Museum through a small bridge. The museum is not big, just two floors, no tickets. On the first floor, we mainly introduce the history and production process of Shu embroidery. Especially, there are real staff working on looms and performing production methods on the spot. The second floor is the display and sale of finished products. The Shu embroidery is really exquisite. The embroidered patterns are vivid and beautiful. Some Shu embroidery is one-sided pattern, some are the same pattern on both sides, the most surprising is the two different patterns of Shu embroidery, really amazing. Shu embroidery, reflecting the wisdom and skills of the Chinese people, is certainly not cheap for such exquisite things, but it is really face to buy some back to send people.
Making use of the opportunity of business trip to Chengdu, I went to the Brocade and Embroidery Museum of Shu in Chengdu. It may rain. There are few visitors inside, which can just satisfy my feeling of enjoying Bashi for people who like traditional national culture. Perhaps for commercial purposes, the first floor is a commodity area, selling Shu brocade, Shu embroidery and other commodities, screens, scarves, wallets, decorations and so on. Seeing the scarves, I can not pull out my legs, and my heart began to grow grass. Resist the desire to buy, first go to the underground floor to visit the history of Chinese embroidery development, there are several looms demonstrating brocade technology, visit before returning to look at the scarf carefully. It's so beautiful, even though there are dozens of them, I can't help buying one. The other two are also beautiful, bought for people who care about me and take care of me at ordinary times. For me, the price is small, but I really like it. It's a feeling of love. Husband has always praised me as a rational consumer, let's be capricious this time.
A good place to learn about traditional Chinese embroidery. Shu brocade and Shu embroidery is very beautiful. On the first floor, various embroidery products, embroidery paintings, scarves, bags, pillowcases, table flags and bookmarks are sold. The silk scarf is of high quality and unique design. It can't help losing a silk scarf at a small price. Underground exhibition looms and working principles, and some representative fabrics of past dynasties, unfortunately, some works are not allowed to take photos. I only photographed the scarf I bought.
There are too many brocades in Jinli than in the narrow alleys. They not only have long knowledge, but also can see the workers textile on the spot. It's very cool. There are souvenirs on the first floor. The price ranges from tens of yuan to thousands. They are said to be made by themselves.
Travel to Chengdu and stay in a hotel near Huaxi Park, just past a small bridge is the Shu Embroidery Museum. Shu Embroidery Museum is small, two floors, downstairs is to introduce the history and technology of Shu Embroidery, upstairs is the finished Shu Embroidery, you can enjoy or buy. However, the price is a little expensive, but Shu embroidery is absolutely worth the price, not to mention pure hand-made, single-sided embroidery, double-sided embroidery, and the content of two-sided embroidery is different, very magical. The Museum doesn't charge admission tickets, and there aren't many tourists in it. It's enough to walk slowly for half an hour.
Here you can see how the Shu brocade is woven. It takes a long time. Only with the cooperation of two people can it be woven several centimeters. There are also various exquisite exhibitions of the Shu brocade. At intervals, there are explanations to show you around. If you need to buy, there are sales.
I didn't go to the Shu Brocade Museum. I saw it on the way to Hunhuaxi Park after I went to Hunhuatan Park. I was shocked by the beauty of Shu Brocade when I walked in. Unfortunately, I couldn't take pictures. It was amazing! And there is a live demonstration of craftsmen, Shu brocade can be called a Chinese legend! Chengdu is absolute!
