I have been to Switzerland many times and Interlaken is still my favorite city. This famous resort has a mild climate, no noisy, only a delightful lake and mountains. The Jungfrau at 4158 meters above sea level is only twenty or thirty kilometers from the city of Interlaken. You can see the snow peaks in the distance when you are sunbathing on the Hohematte lawn in the city centre. City is located between the two lakes, the blue Lake Thun and the green Lake Brienz guards. A leisure afternoon cruise on Lake Thun 🚢

After visiting the Panorama bridge Sigriswil, we took the ferry from Gunten Dorf nearby back to Thun across the beautiful Lake Thun, the largest lake in the Bernese Oberland. The two-hour boat trip on Lake Thun starts from Interlaken West, stopping at 10 jetties before ending at Thun. You can hop on the boat at any jetty as long as the timing is right. There is a restaurant on board which serves Swiss cuisine. If you don't feel like eating, you can just sit around while enjoying the stunning views of green meadows, forests and Swiss Alps beyond. Staying at Därligen, a picturesque small town in 🇨🇭

We stayed a few nights in Därligen, a peaceful and beautiful small town at the south shore of Lake Thun 6 km from Interlaken. The only way to reach our accommodation by public transport is taking bus 60 from either Interlaken or Spiez train station, which departs at a regular interval of 30 min. Waking up to the stunning views of Lake Thun made our stay worthwhile despite the slight inconvenience in transportation. Attractions that be reached in 1 hour from Därligen include Bern, the capital city of Switzerland, and Panorama bridge Sigriswil, which is well-known for being the film location of Korean drama Crash Landing on You. #Därligen #Switzerland #swiss #interlaken #lake #thun #tripblazers

#newyearadventure The Harder Kulm in Interlaken is a viewpoint at 1,322 metres in the Berner Oberland region of Switzerland. It will take around 10 minutes to travel up in a funicular (do take note of the last ride in order not to miss it). The view is superb, amazing, and breathtaking. The restaurant is a good place to rest and have some food in such a serene setting. We tried our first founde in Switzerland, and the waiter actually took the effort to "teach" us how to eat. At the top of Harder Klum!

This was taken at the top of the Harder Klum! We went up in the late afternoon via the vertical train up! It take roughly about 20mins to travel all the way up! Be sure to take the bottom row seats to ensure a Birds Eye view while it’s moving up! It was breathtaking to see the 2 lakes and interlaken in between! Definitely recommend if you haven’t visit! Stayed at Victoria Jungfrau Hotel Interlaken, I believe if you watch Crash Landing On You Korean Drama, you’ll know that they filmed in this fabulous hotel. Ofc we had fantastic stays here. The hotel concierge is also very helpful, helped us communicate to the local SkyDive activities. We tried and jumped from 4.000 meters to the ground.#interlaken
