Очень удобное местоположение отеля. Приветливый персонал, первый день не было горячей воды, обратились на рецепшн и нашу проблему решили через 30мин. Если вы приехали раньше времени заезда, можно оставить вещи в камере хранения и пойти на набережную посидеть в кафе. Обязательно вернёмся ещё.

I had an incredible stay at the hostel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The common areas were vibrant and perfect for meeting fellow travelers.

This is a property with two double beds and two single beds. They say they can't use a double bed. One single bed is inconvenient because it is in front of the bathroom and refrigerator.

Studio with its own kitchen. Of the kitchen utensils there are all pots, spoons and mittens, including a corkscrew and a can opener. Of the equipment there is a drip coffee machine, a guard coffee machine with 4 capsules and 4 packets of sugar. The hotel does not provide daily cleaning and linen change. But this was to our advantage. No one disturbed the peace. We stayed for 4 nights. Everything necessary for cleaning the room was there. As far as we understood, this is a type of vacation housing. Cleaning only upon departure. The split system worked properly. The only thing I didn’t like was that they gave me a ridiculously small room, which included a ridiculously small balcony. The windows of the room overlooked the courtyard. Rooms with balconies on the facade are large, but there is construction on the street and the view is so-so, plus noise. In general, it is unpretentious for a discerning consumer, but very clean. If you leave the kitchen uncleaned - cleaning is 50 euros. You also throw out the garbage yourself - where the laundry is. Washing is 5 euros. Drying is 2 euros.

The hotel is located very well, just opposite the train station. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby. Beach is just 5-7 min walk. Good area close to everything you need. The room was very clean and was cleaning and changing towels daily. It was spacious. It also was very calm to sleep, which is not that often for the hotels in France. The staff was very polite and friendly. Reception works 24 hours. I liked everything. Definitely will come back.

The location is very good in a very central area, the rooms are small but the facilities are well equipped to cook for yourself, and there is an internet celebrity food street nearby. Disadvantages: 1. It’s very tired to go upstairs with luggage. 2. There is no bottled water provided. You need to go out and buy it yourself. If you don’t mind drinking tap water, please ignore. 3. Order to pay at the store. When you check out, you swipe your credit card and then Ctrip said that my no show had deducted my security deposit, and it was wrong to ask Ctrip to verify it before returning it to me. There is a bnb recommended by lp on the first floor of the same address. The facade looks better than this one. There is a camera at the door. Friends in need can search by themselves.

It's very close to the station, and the security is okay. There are many Asian restaurants nearby. There is no need to worry about robbery at the police station, but you should be careful of being stolen by Arabs and gypsies at the train station. Thefts in Nice train station are extremely high. I don’t know why there are so many Arabs around Nice Train Station...If an Arab tells you that you need to pay an extra euro to pay by credit card, then I just want to cheat you, but there is an Arab rotisserie called Naan next to it, which is worth a try. 11 or 12 euro royale viande assiette. The hotel has air conditioning, hot water and even a kettle, elevator, no disposable slippers but the floor is very clean, no toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Opposite is Notre Dame de Nice and downstairs is the commercial area.

Hôtel très propre, facile d’accès, bien positionné, parking gratuit, piscine sympa, bon petit déjeuner, personnel très aimable ; très bonne expérience, hâte d’y revenir !

Great location, 25 mins walk to the promenade. Room was great for what we needed as we didn’t spend too much time in there. Bathroom wasn’t very big but wasn’t a problem for us. Everyone was very friendly on reception and allowed us to check in a bit earlier. Also free wifi. Only downfall was that the walls were not very sound proof, could hear alot of doors banging and stomping from upstairs - but this was only minor. Great stay and just what we needed for 3 nights in Nice :) Merci

The hotel was very new, very clean. The receptionists were very helpful, very attentive and very cheerful. A 100 euro deposit is taken at the entrance. However, it was returned to my account the day I left. It was within walking distance to everywhere. The tram stop and Desire Clay metro were very close. The price was very reasonable for the service provided. The fact that the beds were higher than normal standards and the windows did not open was a bit of a problem. But it had central air conditioning. As a result, we were very pleased.
