DDixi.jhaveri INDAmazing reception service for 24/7 hence need to submit keys every time u step out which is good as no stress of handling keys and loosing it ! Rooms are good cozy and comfortable . Good tv channels Tanle fan , hair dyrer , towels, provided Its a main highstreet with all restoaurants near by. So its ok opt for rooms without breakfast

OOnTheRoamAgainWe had a few issues leading up to the booking with Trip booking us 2 rooms by mistake but it was no problem to sort out with the hotel; they could see it was a duplicate and it was sorted. The hotel were very good at replying to emails and phone calls too. When we arrived (late at night) reception was manned and they were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and loved the location as it was just off a main road that we could take to drive into Cardiff or to Newport easily. But not close enough to the road to be bothered by road noise. There is also a very nice pub on site - we didn’t make it to eat there but it was lovely to have a few drinks.
