The temperature dropped a lot on the day I arrived and it was snowing, but the room was warm. It seemed like it was old and not very soundproof, but the people in the next room seemed to be a quiet family with a child, so I was able to stay comfortably.
It's a cheap place, offering backpacker type basic accommodations. Neat rather than fancy. Rooms came with Aircon, fan, TV set, hairdryer, bathtub, heated shower and tap, toilet. Really a basic place to sleep and rest for the next day travel.
Choose this hotel, because near the super bicycle path, next to the store village station, there are many restaurants near the hotel, don't worry about no food, you don't have to look at everything, only although you have to provide the order number, check out is simpler, just put it directly at the service desk, super time, next time arrange to the bicycle trip, Must stay!
Location is a bit far from the city centre. And if one takes public transport (bus) on Sunday or public holiday, allows 2 hours to city as the tourists roads all jammed up. Otherwise, the hotel is nice with free coffee in the morning. The room floor is heated so even on a very cold night, the room feels very comfortable. The surrounding area is quite after 8pm at night, which is nice for people like us who wants a quiet night after a day walking around.
Upon arrival at the hotel it was very convenient to park. The office on the second floor where there was an adequate and polite hotel administrator. The room was clean and cozy and everything else necessary for life. The room is warm, by the way, they do not spare electricity for the sake of their clients. When leaving the next day, the administration calls a little earlier to warn about leaving. In my opinion, such calls are unnecessary because clients understand what time to leave the hotel.
Clean and friendly boss There is also an air purifier and it is recommended

Pprof. RobertoCasa Mini Hotel is a small, compact guesthouse. A short walk from the express bus stop station and in direct line with the Royal Tombs which can be reached in less than a 10-minute walk. Even though it is fairly clean, I don't recommend it. The double room, which was occupied by me only, was extremely tiny and sparse in furnishing: a bed which measured by far less than a queen-sized, a bed side table, a minifridge, a lined up desk, a TV set, and a stool. Even the bathroom was small. Irrespective my room was on the fourth floor there was no view except for an ambiguous massage and spa motel opposite. When I arrived at the reception there was no one. The staff is on duty and site for a couple of hours from 4pm onwards, when check-in begins. Then no one again until the next morning, just in time for breakfast. And yes, the breakfast, an embarrassing service: orange juice, milk, sliced bread, strawberry jam, butter, sliced tomato and chopped bananas Period. Nothing else. And at the end of breakfast you are also invited to clean up the table and wash the used dishes. An ”attention” which surely makes Casa Mini a student hostel more than a hotel. Important warning: there is no lift. Those they need to get to the fourth floor can only use a goods lift to bring suitcases up and down the stairs. However the lift remains stuck more than once so that it results in another ridiculous, useless service. If the price is less than 25 euros or Koreani Won equivalent that might be fine. Otherwise, just opt for something else.
Uunknown3(1st)It is very convenient as it is close to Gyeongju Expressway and Intercity Bus Terminal, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The city bus stop is also nearby, and there are many buses that go to the city area where the old Gyeongju Station is located, so if you base yourself here, you won't have to worry about staying in the city area.
GGuest UserThe hotel is quite far from what you want to see. Walking about 40 minutes. It is convenient to get to the bus station. There is only one shop nearby. Cafe where you can eat lunch nearby didn't find. The room is clean. The beds are quite comfortable. The bathroom is quite large, although not accustomed to such a shower location. For one night everything is good. There is a place to store luggage. It is very convenient.
AAmandaLocated very near the express and intercity bus terminal, lots of convenient stores nearby. A little further away from other Gyeongju attractions but still walkable.
Room was decently sized and clean. You have to take off your shoes before entering the main room area- understandable as there is lots of sand and gravel roads in Gyeongju and this helped to keep the rooms clean!
Check in was extremely smooth and quick. Entire stay was fuss free and easy. We enjoyed our stay here!
SSS DiscoveryThis was a business trip so the location was perfect for my needs, however it's also very close to Gyeongju World Amusement Park if you staying for leisure. It is worth noting though that this location is just outside of Gyeongju city.
The hotel and room itself were very clean and included most of the basics including a bar fridge with some drinks, instant coffee mixes, tea and cup noodles.
The service itself was great, but the room and bed are not remade each day. However, amenities are replenished daily, such as the removal and replacement of used towels, trash cans and the drinks, coffee, tea and cup noodles.
Overall, a great stay.
SSANGHEUNFamily trip..
If you only look at the accommodations, it's good value for money.
Hwangridan-gil and Donggungwolji are both about 2km away,
so it's a good place to go for exercise and a round trip of 4km.
The best part is that the parking lot is spacious.
The bed is soft and the room is basic! It's clean.
I think I'll stay here again when I go to Gyeongju.
AAnonymous UserAlthough I'm the first to review on Trip.com, this caravan stay is super popular on Naver. They don't get many foreign tourists mostly locals. Lady boss doesn't speak English at all but I speak some Korean so it was okay. This has gotta be one of the best best best relaxing and calm place to be!! Totally in love with this caravan stay! Clean and functional. Big space. 2 toilets, a little tent (pocha) to have your dinner if you don't want to eat inside. Can BBQ at extra 20k won. A little out of the way. No way to get there unless you drive. But this place is just amazing! Look at the pictures provided. It looks exactly the same!
AAnonymous UserIt is within walking distance to the historical district of Gyeongju.
Motel rather than hotel.
Because it is a motel, the room is large and good.
