Generally comfortable except the folding door a bit malfunction. Easy access for OKU. Price worthy for such strategic location. Requires only 3 mins walking distance to BMC Kuching. And there is a kopitiam and 7-11 beside the boutique hotel as well.

Quite clean & spacious, but have some smell in the room that may be because of the old hotel. Good location & view. Good service as they changed the room when the aircon was not working. Breakfast is ok & you can enjoy the Malay taste. I think it is the best hotel in Lawas unless there is a new hotel in the future.

Location:Very close to airport. Below is 7-11,and mamak store. Very good location. Cleaniness:Bed sheet has stain ,toilet have small crocoach. Toilet water stuck. Room is smelly Facility: Toilet door no lock. Have hot water. Provide soap and towel only. Charger got two, one beside the bed, one behind the tv. Behind the tv have limited spare, cant use for phone charger

This was my second time staying here. I booked again because it's quite affordable, and I thought it might be one of the few places in this price range with an elevator. Last time, there were some mold stains or possibly mold on the sheets, but this time, I didn't notice any mold stains. The bath towels still have a slight musty smell (like they weren't dried properly). While there are a few minor issues if you look closely, considering the price, it's still a great option. The free washing machine and dryer are appealing, but the dryer isn't very efficient; clothes dry better if air-dried in the room. I also tried the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. It wasn't very busy, which made it a relaxing experience. It's open from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

my second visit to this hotel.come for a friend's wedding. but previously booked on another travel website. as usual, lovely staff and really helpful. downstairs got restaurant and convenient store, you can go for breakfast,dinner and lunch. always recommended. room cleanliness,👍

Great facilities, wide space and comfortable..easy to attach any place, and the location very strategic to mosque, restaurant and other attraction

The location is strategic. Near Pasar Tamu Bintulu and The Spring shopping mall. The room is big. Although look very old room, but the room is neat and clean.

The free shuttle bus route #103 passes by, making it easy to get to the Semenggoh Wildlife Centre and the airport. There are also many restaurants and hawker stalls nearby that are open from early morning until late at night, so you'll never have trouble finding food. The room has a partition between the toilet and shower, which prevents the floor from getting all wet. The towels are fluffy and the sheets are clean. They also provide bottled water daily. Just a heads-up, don't throw sweet food in the trash can as it might attract ants.

With the price, what else would you expect..it's a pretty decent hotel..good location, Popular food court on the next building, easy to find place to eat, walking distance to Ta Kiong Supermarket, Guardian, Watson, Banks also to Wisma Sanyan..stayed here for few times already..very nice to stay for just having a place to sleep and rest..i would recommend this hotel for any work trip travellers..it's cheap, just nice and worth with the price..
