Perfect for a quick layover! I stayed here for one night before my flight and it was excellent value for money. The highlight of the hotel is the cool indoor-outdoor seating area right in the middle of the building—a great place to relax. Simple, clean, and very convenient.
LIANE's PLACE features air-conditioned rooms in Puerto Princesa. This guest house provides free private parking and daily room service. Free Wifi is available throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a restaurant. The property also offers accommodation for disabled guests.
All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries. At the guest house, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels.

Location is perfect — walking distance to malls, restaurants, and many food options just outside the hotel.
Cleanliness: 3/5 — medyo hindi ganun kalinis ang room, and considering the affordable price, don’t expect too much in terms of amenities. The toilet was also a bit hard to flush.
But overall, it’s a perfect place if you’re just looking for an overnight stay and mainly for sleeping. Good value for budget travelers.
We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and absolutely loved it! It's the most modern hotel we've encountered on Palawan. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the breakfasts we ordered were quite good for us. The water pressure was excellent, and we had plenty of hot water. I asked for a hairdryer, and they provided one! Highly recommend! It's also conveniently located near the boardwalk, a market, the cathedral, SM, and other supermarkets!!
We loved that the place is right in the center of Coron, super convenient for walking around to restaurants and souvenir shops. We also availed their Super Ultimate Tour, which we really enjoyed!
There’s a convenience store right beside the property, which was great for grabbing food and water. The Wi-Fi connection was very reliable, we were able to work at night and still go on a tour in the morning without any issues haha.
The room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely recommend this place!
Enjoyed my stay here, enjoyed the time I spent in Puerto Princesa thanks to the owner of this place. It’s a very small town with limited resources but enjoyable nonetheless!
It's unclear who came up with the idea of building a hostel inside a restaurant. The doors and walls are made of OSB, so the rooms constantly smell of food. There's always noise outside, so you can only rest when the restaurant isn't open. While hostel guests try to maintain silence during the day and especially in the evening, the restaurant and hostel staff simply don't care, and they can talk loudly until midnight. The girl who works the reception desk in the evening is incredibly stupid; she can't understand or answer even a basic question. Also, two days before my departure, I asked for an airport transfer, and even though it was 50 pesos more expensive than the tricycles outside, I agreed because I wanted to be sure they would definitely pick me up since I was booking a tricycle from the hostel. I reminded them of this request the evening before my departure; I was leaving early in the morning. In the end, no tricycle arrived; the night manager said, ”Tricycle not available.” WHAT??? I ended up having to catch a tricycle in the dark on the road because I had no idea how long it would have taken if I'd called one through an app. The hostel itself isn't bad, but the staff's lackadaisical attitude immediately lowers my rating.
It was truly an excellent stay here in Casa Belina, from the owner who is very kind and very thoughtful to the reception staff Anthony who is very helpful from our inquiry up to the time of our stay.
The place is very clean, and the breakfast is perfect. The price of the accommodation plus the free shuttle from and to the airport and the free breakfast is very much affordable.
We will surely come back here at Casa Belina
The hotel location is not perfect. But I liked the hotel atmosphere. The hotel is between Sabang and Palangan beach. Also you can go there by tricycle within 15 minutes (30 peso for person) or walk within 50 minutes. Also You should try the View Point restaurant near the hotel, which has amazing view. I think it would be fantastic if the hotel added breakfast, or sold alcohol, or offered small things like slippers and shampoo. I would be go to hotel if I ever come back.
Total result was okay, the ladies was very friendly and polite, the room missing a lot of stuff though like there was a lot of things missing.no fridge no tv the only thing was available was a bed, 2 pillows,a tiny cover for night , 2 shower towels and a small closet enough for your bag.dont leave food at the room there will be eaten by ants as area has a problem with them, also killed a cockroach 😀
Soo if you have issues with insects it's not recommended for you...the price is very very cheap though but sometimes it's better comfort for money...and better lock your door cause there was an incident where there came people opened the door and wanted to bless the room,we was chilling in bed and forgot to lock 😂
Overall it's budget friendly but I would recommend it only if you are really short on budget...
Very Good

SSarahBraithwaite77We stayed 1 night, for easy access to the airport. Walking distance to the bayside walk and lots of restaurants and bars. The bedroom and bathroom could do with being updated but it was cheap / value for money. Hot and cold water dispenser and nice area for eating
GGuest UserSmall rooms, next to a party street. The size, service and even the location are not worth the money, to be honest. But at that moment there were no options, no choice. All the ports were closed, and the hotels were sold out and there was nowhere to go. We took it for one night.
OOlga ShegayWe were unlucky with the number, the windows went straight to the road, the traffic was almost unstop, it was very, very noisy and the strong smell of gasoline. With the closed windows, the cars and tricycles were still heard.
Plus there was still a repair that was noisy from. At the end of the day, I didn't want to go back to the hotel.
Breakfast was delicious, in the restaurant at the hotel, give a 25% discount, but only for breakfast.
Before our arrival in the room sprayed some flavouring with a sharp smell, towels and bed linen were also with a sharp smell, which caused me an allergic reaction to the skin.
The design of the hotel is interesting, from the common zones there is a view of the sea.

LLisaLPWe stayed for five nights, booking one double room and one family room. Both rooms were sufficiently furnished, and there were tables outside that we made good use of during the day. We were also offered the use of a fridge in the common area, which we really appreciated. From what I understand, only the family rooms come with water heating.
The location is very good—tucked away in a safe, lively neighbourhood and within walking distance of both NCCC Mall and SM City Puerto Princesa Mall, where there are supermarkets and plenty of food options. We were also able to walk to several places of interest in the city, including the Boardwalk, Chinatown, the Heritage Centre, and the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. There’s a laundry just across the road that charges reasonable rates.
The hosts were the best part of the stay. They were family-oriented, warm, hospitable, accommodating, and very communicative. They helped organise tours at prices better than those offered on online platforms. We had a whale of a time at Honda Bay and the Underground River—both are must-experience attractions when visiting Palawan.
Highly recommended for travellers looking for a welcoming place, great hosts, and a convenient location.
EEKATERINASkyWe spent one night, everything was great. Breakfasts were not bad, it's a sin to complain for such a price. We warned in advance about late check-in, check-in went smoothly. We recommend!
GGuest UserThe hotel has a decent location, and everything about it is actually quite good, except for the management. We booked a deluxe room with a large bed and a balcony. We arrived late and were checked into a very basic economy room on the first floor of an annex building (Room B – more like a tiny closet than a room). All the receptionists, one after another, kept assuring us that this was indeed the room category we booked, claiming it had a sea view and they simply hadn't updated the photos, and that the balcony had been removed after a typhoon. They also said they couldn't reach the manager, and without the manager, they couldn't move us. We decided to leave for a Tour A, gathered all our belongings, and moved them to the luggage room, hoping they would be transferred to a different room later. However, upon our return, we were again given the key to the same economy room. After an hour of 'trying' to resolve the issue at reception, we were finally given a room on the second floor of the annex building (Room D) – it had no balcony, but it was bigger and cozier than the previous one (it had a safe, kettle, and a table with chairs – none of which were in Room B). This situation ruined our first impression, even though the hotel is otherwise not bad. It's in the heart of the action and convenient for those who came for sightseeing. The lingering feeling is unclear. We had little time for this place and really didn't want to spend it on arguments, room changes, and listening to people smilingly lie to your face. The photo shows Room D, the one we were moved to.
GGuest UserThe location is perfect, right in the centre of El Nido city. Just a few hundred meters to the beach. It’s a very simple hotel but everyone working there is lovely and helps you with anything if you just ask them. There’s a shared kitchen on the top floor. We didn’t get the room cleaned during our stay of 4 nights but got fresh towels when we asked for it. Beautiful view outside of the windows!
GGuest UserLovely staff, very sociable hostel with events on every evening. Showers are excellent - lovely to have warm water.
Rooms do not lock - this seems to be the norm here but it surprised me and did leave me feeling unsafe the first few nights as anyone can walk in.
Need to pay to rent a blanket, only a sheet on the bed, but the aircon in the rooms is really high and doesn’t seem controllable by guests - I slept with a jumper on most nights. Temperature outside of the rooms was much more pleasant.
