2-Star Hotels in Lisbon District, Portugal

The room with bathroom inside the room with balcony. No curtains on the beds, the light can bother, no privacy. There is elevator, no problems with luggage. There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Given the price, some of the issues are somewhat understandable, but the facility was significantly more dilapidated than shown in the photos, and it had a distinct odor. I was looking for an inexpensive private room, but if I had known the extent of its condition, I absolutely would have spent more money to book a different place. The chair cushions were falling apart, and the old window wouldn't open or close properly. The clothes hangers themselves looked like salvaged, dented, and paint-peeling items.

Convenient location, I have stayed there many times, the price/performance ratio is OK

I chose a room with a bathroom, which is actually the master bedroom of the house. It's quite spacious and has everything. The location is also very good. There is a subway station downstairs, and there are many supermarkets, restaurants, etc. nearby. The kitchen at home is also very easy to use and has everything. The parking situation is not clear. It may not be easy to park on the main road. Comparing the beds in the youth hostels nearby, the price was about twice as high as that in the youth hostels, but they were much more comfortable and comfortable, so I decided to change and did not continue to stay in the youth hostels. Although the landlord is not good at speaking English, he is still very enthusiastic about using translation software to communicate and help. Thank you very much. All in all, it is a very cost-effective choice. If you feel uncomfortable staying in a youth hostel, this is a good choice and highly recommended. (Note that the owner has more than one house, so different house types may not be in the same location. The two houses are not too far apart on foot for four or five minutes. Excellent location right at the city centre so shops and restaurants are all nearby, which is ideal!

The location was excellent, and the backyard area was wonderful—I met some very kind people there. However, when I entered the room, the smell was so strong it almost made me lose my sight. The beds were old and creaked with every movement. The person sleeping in the upper bunk sounded like he was drowning and was talking in his sleep, not to mention the other people snoring. It was only one night, and I will not repeat the experience at the same place again.

The reception is on the top floor (3rd floor), and the kitchen and bathroom are shared. This apartment had three bedrooms, one of which had a private bathroom (room 6). There were no televisions in any of the rooms. The place is good for those staying a few nights, which was my case (2 nights). As for the noise, it's normal! The cleanliness was what I appreciated most, as they always came in the morning for the two days I stayed.

I had a good overall experience staying at easyHotel Lisbon. The location is very convenient—central and about a 7-minute walk from the underground. The room was clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Management were also responsive and accommodating when I had a few additional enquiries. There was an unexpected issue with my bathroom, but the team handled it promptly and professionally, relocating me to another room and following up appropriately. Overall, a well-run hotel with a strong focus on customer service, and I’d consider staying here again.

The hotel is very close to the metro station, which is great. It's located right on Liberty Avenue, and the surrounding area is nice. The hotel itself is in an older building facing the street, so it feels a bit dated. The facilities are quite old, and the bathroom is small, but the price is also very affordable.
