Art exhibitions will be held from time to time. March to May is the Treasure Rock Light Festival, which is carried out at night and sees different treasure rocks.

Treasure Rock settlement, located in the south side of Xiaoguanyin Mountain at the southwest end of Zhongzheng District, Taipei City, Taiwan, is named after the Buddha Temple Treasure Rock Guanyin Pavilion. Although the treasure rock is not big, the total area is only 3.97 hectares. But it has a special humanistic landscape such as the village of Jianye after the post-war period, and its proximity to the ramp intertwined by Fuhe Bridge, Keelung Road viaduct and Water Rapid Road, forming an image of ancient and modern photography. After June 1997, it was noticed by some scholars and the public. After renovation and media coverage, in 2006, the New York Times reported the settlement as one of Taipei's most distinctive attractions, and was ranked alongside Taipei 101, the world's tallest building at that time.

The historical axis of the "Treasure Rock International Art Village" located on the water bank of the mansion, in addition to the Treasure Rock Temple, which contains the ancient monuments of the city, refers more generally to the historical settlement that extends from this temple, which is mainly formed by illegal buildings built in the six 〇 and seven 〇 years. These buildings are built by mountains and rivers, scattered and complex, showing the special settlement of Taiwan. The concept of "population symbiosis" is introduced into the "treasure home", "village-residence plan" and "youth club", and the practice of art and common construction is used to activate the preservation of treasure rock, creating a diverse and rich appearance of the settlement. Treasure Rock International Art Village has built a media platform between the residents and the village-based artists, injecting new vitality into Treasure Rock.
