The experience of staying at Senyi Hotel was great! First of all, the front desk service is particularly good, the staff is kind and enthusiastic, and feel full of intimate and warm when checking in. The hotel is very new overall, the rooms and public areas are very clean, giving people a fresh and comfortable feeling. The layout of the hall is also impressive, the design is elegant and elegant, the furnishings are very particular, sitting in the hall can feel a relaxation and cozy. The most worth mentioning is that the hotel's breakfast is arranged on the top floor, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while dining. The scenery of the whole Lipu and the sea in the distance are really refreshing! I am very satisfied with my stay experience this time. I will definitely choose Senyi Hotel next time I come to Zhangpu! Highly recommend it to everyone!

The location at Zhongshan road is my reason to choose this hotel. It is near to shops, food outlets and the Gulangyu island. Right opposite The hotel is a McDonald. The hotel room is clean, comfortable. Laundry machines are available. The photo is taken at Gulangyu island.

We booked a twin room for two, but upon arrival, we were assigned a double room. The front desk staff should be more attentive. The room change caused a delay, and we nearly missed our cable car to the attraction. As compensation, the hotel proactively offered us a complimentary room upgrade. However, I found the overall communication to be unprofessional and in need of improvement. While rushing to catch our cable car, I missed a call from the hotel. When I called back, the staff claimed they had called me ”several” times and I hadn't answered, then asked if I had time to talk and to ensure I picked up future calls. The truth is, I only had one missed call on my phone. Furthermore, prior to leaving for the cable car, I had already called the front desk twice from our room's landline. I had explained that we were given the wrong room and, after waiting for a response on a room change without success, I informed them I had to depart immediately due to my time-sensitive cable car ticket. The hotel breakfast was abundant and featured local delicacies. However, during breakfast, I had just finished getting my food, stepped out to use the restroom, and returned to find my table completely cleared. This resulted in a significant waste of a full plate of food, fruit, eggs, and a drink, and it wasted my time. Even though I had placed a 'I'm still dining' sign on the table, my meal was cleared anyway. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for accessing various attractions. It's also very close to Heping Wharf, within walking distance. The swimming pool was very clean. It would be more convenient if bath towels were provided in the pool's changing rooms. The housekeeping staff were very good, meticulous in their cleaning, and very friendly. The gym was well-equipped, and the exercise studio was clean and tidy. The view from our window was absolutely stunning. I believe it's the best vantage point on Xiamen Island to admire Gulangyu.

I chose the Sheraton, a top-tier hotel, for my trip to Xiamen to watch the Super Table Tennis League, and my stay was absolutely perfect. The facilities, service, and location all far exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of the subway station. It's just a 20-minute drive to popular attractions like Gulangyu Ferry Terminal and Zhongshan Road. There's a wide variety of dining and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering city views. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel also boasts a 24-hour gym, a heated swimming pool, and a spa center. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the thoughtful farewell at check-out, every staff member showed professionalism and sincerity. The front desk handled check-in quickly, and room service was incredibly responsive! The complimentary daily replenished drinks in the room, and the staff's initiative to address guests by their last name, made me feel truly at home. Whether for business travel or a relaxing vacation, the Sheraton Xiamen is an excellent choice! I look forward to staying again and experiencing the charm of Xiamen and the attentive service of the Sheraton!

There is a subway station next to the hotel, so it is convenient to go anywhere. There is a lake just a short walk away, so it is good for taking a walk. It is connected to a shopping center, so you can buy things. When you enter the room, it feels like a typical 5-star hotel. However, there was dust on the water bottle in the bathroom. I don't know if it was because it had been a long time since a guest stayed in the room or because there is a lot of dust in Xiamen. The room seemed clean, but if you look behind the bed or behind the desk, you can see dust. Looking at the dust accumulated behind, I wonder if the carpet on the floor was cleaned properly. The air conditioner control was a Johnson Control. The sensor that controls the temperature in the room did not work sensitively. Since I only went to the hotel to sleep, I never had a chance to use other facilities at the hotel, so I don't have opinions about other places.

Living in the scenery, it feels like a paradise. It is convenient to take a taxi when going out. The room was clean, but the child was uncomfortable. The boss provided ginger and jujube brown sugar water, which was very humane and thumbs up. A good choice for leisure vacation.

This hotel is located right next door to Xingleen Bay Hotel; I decided to try it out for a different experience. The area by the sea is quite undeveloped, but if you walk about 500 meters in the other direction, you'll find dining options. They offer a free shuttle service to Xiamen North Railway Station, which is a great convenience. Breakfast: There was a decent variety of choices, and it was quite acceptable. **Facilities:** The gym is a bit small, but the outdoor swimming pool is lovely. The hot spring is right next to the pool and isn't very large. It was my first time soaking in a hot spring that overlooks a road, which felt a bit unusual. **Cleanliness:** Clean. **Ambiance/Environment:** The lobby is undeniably grand, but it leans towards a somewhat gaudy, nouveau riche aesthetic. It almost feels like an attempt to mimic Macau's decor, but the overall scale and attention to detail don't quite meet the mark. However, the rooms themselves are quite elegant and tastefully decorated. **Service:** 1. The staff have an excellent service attitude. 2. A minor point: access to the hot spring is limited to a single use. 3. Furthermore, much of the information displayed on public signs about hotel operations and timings is inconsistent with reality. My advice is always to call the front desk for the most accurate operating hours.

I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel during my visits to Xiamen. Its location is exceptionally convenient, situated on the same row as Xiamen Railway Station, which makes travel seamless. In addition, Robinsons Mall is located directly across the street, providing easy access to shopping and dining options. The hotel consistently maintains high standards of cleanliness, service, and amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Xiamen.

The service, ambiance, and balcony view all deserve a five-star rating, perfectly matching the hotel's standard. The breakfast ingredients were fresh and plentiful, and it's impressive that the dishes changed daily, which isn't easy to achieve. My only minor quibble is that the gym is relatively small, and I'd recommend updating the treadmills (they had some minor issues). This review is based on a multi-day stay.
