The room was great, service was good, and the price was low – excellent value for money! I stayed for several days and it was very comfortable, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it. The lobby environment was nice, and the room facilities were pretty good. Xiao Du (AI assistant) was quite smart, thumbs up! 👍 I'll definitely come again next time.

When I visited Huzhou before, my Huzhou friends proudly told me that the Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort was the city's calling card and its pride. Due to time constraints, I couldn't stay there then, but I decided I had to experience it someday. This time, taking advantage of my trip back to China, my spouse and I finally fulfilled that wish. The Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort exceeded our expectations in every way! What particularly impressed us were the dazzling 'Ring of Light' show, the multi-themed outdoor natural hot springs, and the incredibly rich and varied breakfast. Of course, the luxurious and comfortable room, its impeccable cleanliness, and the polite and attentive service from the butler and staff also left us full of praise. As overseas Chinese from Japan, we can say that even in Japan, hotels of this caliber, with such excellent service, are not common. I will definitely recommend the 'Moon Hotel' to my Japanese friends. Our heartfelt thanks to the Moon Hotel for providing us with such a thoroughly satisfying experience.

This hotel is perfect for families with kids. They offer a shuttle service to and from the scenic area, and it's also conveniently located right next to the entrance. The breakfast spread is fantastic – I highly recommend taking advantage of the hotel's breakfast. Afterward, you can check out Zaocha Ke, where you can order individual breakfast items à la carte... it's not too expensive either.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively old. The shower water in the room kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The telephone was unusable due to a damaged cable, which made calling the shuttle very inconvenient. We booked the Far Mountain Family Room, and the reservation stated it could accommodate three adults, but all the supplies were for two people. When we requested an extra toothbrush cup, we were told the room is for two adults and one child, so there were only two sets of adult toiletries. They kept emphasizing that they could give me a cup, but only a plastic one for children, which was quite frustrating. Although it's advertised as child-friendly, I saw almost no mother-and-baby facilities. Compared to some of the more popular family hotels nowadays, the difference is significant. Hygiene: The second floor of the Far Mountain Family Room was much smaller than expected, and there were small bugs in the room. At breakfast in Lumingxuan, the floor was slippery, and I almost slipped several times. A child at the next table even fell down. Environment: The air in the manor is fresh, and there are many animals and birds living here. Small animals often roam on the paths, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The giraffes are the biggest highlight and quite interesting. However, feeding all the small animals comes with a fee, ranging from 20 to 30 yuan for a small portion, which is really tiny and not good value for money. Service: Breakfast with the giraffes is a major attraction at the Giraffe Manor. We went in the morning hoping to queue for a window seat, but the management was chaotic. There was no queue; finding a window seat was entirely up to luck. Some people would stand by a table or place their bags next to people who were already dining to wait for a spot. There were also people live-streaming on their phones, selling hotel packages in the restaurant, which greatly affected the dining experience. My child needed warm water for milk, but they only had boiling water. When I asked for a bottle of mineral water, the server said the restaurant wasn't part of the hotel and would charge for it. As a family-friendly hotel, the contrast between the live-streamers praising it and the reality was striking. Almost all the entertainment activities in the manor close at 5 PM, so evenings can be quite boring. The scenic shuttle bus is very slow, especially when it rained that day. Staff told us it would arrive in two minutes and we could go downstairs, but we waited with our child in the rain for more than five minutes. In short, every time they said it was coming, it always took a long time to arrive. Welcome fruit: Very fresh and delicious, my child loved the cherry tomatoes. Room MINIBAR: It didn't match the pictures on Trip.com. There were no golden sprouts or other items suitable for young babies. I heard the supplier changed, but the pictures on Trip.com haven't been updated. Summary: The hotel's scenery and outdoor environment are excellent. It's spacious, the air is fresh, there are many small animals, and the giraffes are super cute. If you love small animals and want to get close to giraffes, I recommend coming here. However, for the 1799 yuan we paid for the Far Mountain Family Room this time, I feel it wasn't good value for money. Almost all activities within the scenic area are charged, and some of the complimentary items in the package were free anyway. The most expensive was feeding the small animals; 30 yuan for about 10 carrot sticks, roughly the length of a finger. The internal management, service, and environmental hygiene all need improvement.

AAilvyoudeyemaozi 2026.06.09
I booked a 3-day, 2-night stay at Shaoxing Hotel through Trip.com. Taking advantage of the good weather, I brought my elderly parents out for a change of scenery. My mother, due to a long-term illness, is wheelchair-bound. The moment we arrived at the entrance of Shaoxing Hotel, we were met with the meticulous care and attention of Mr. Lu Xinsong from the hotel. He first pushed my mother to the front desk, helped us arrange two adjacent rooms so I could look after my parents, and then suggested we stay in Building 6, which is close to the breakfast restaurant, so we wouldn't have to walk too far for meals each morning. While I was checking in, he also pushed my mother and father to the lounge area in the lobby to rest and wait. What touched me even more was that after I finished checking in, he helped us push my mother and simultaneously introduced us to the beautiful hotel grounds, staying with us until we were settled in our room with our luggage. Thank you so much, Mr. Lu. You are the face of Shaoxing Hotel and, to us guests, a relative we felt an instant connection with! Shaoxing Hotel is a five-star scenic hotel designed with traditional Jiangnan garden architecture. It truly lives up to the saying 'every step reveals a new view,' making you feel like you're strolling through a painting. During our two-day stay, my family not only enjoyed the beautiful scenery and delicious food but also received a warm welcome from the hotel staff. I'd especially like to mention Ms. Feng from housekeeping; she was always responsive and provided excellent service. Thank you too! Life is a journey, and I'm incredibly grateful to have met such wonderful people. This was our first time in Shaoxing, but because of good people like Mr. Lu and Ms. Feng, who felt more like family than strangers, I believe I will definitely return to Shaoxing! And many times! Because there is love and warmth here! Thank you all again! 🙏🙏🙏

Hotel near Ningbo Eastern New Town,Ningbo
GGuest User 2026.06.03
My stay at Shangri-La Ningbo far exceeded my expectations, with everything from the location and ambiance to the facilities being top-notch. The hotel boasts an unbeatable location at the confluence of three rivers, close to major shopping districts and historical sites. This means easy access to attractions without extensive travel, offering a perfect blend of urban vibrancy and peaceful serenity. The overall decor is elegant and luxurious, combining a touch of modern luxury with local charm. Both the public areas and guest rooms show meticulous attention to detail, truly embodying a five-star experience. I opted for a river-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking panoramic views of the three rivers and their banks. Waking up to the morning mist over the river and enjoying the neon reflections at night, every moment was a picturesque scene. The bedding in the room was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, demonstrating thoughtful service throughout my stay, making it incredibly relaxing and comfortable. It truly lives up to its reputation as a landmark luxury hotel in Ningbo.

The hotel's location is great. We drove and there's free underground parking. It was a short taxi ride to Xinrongji restaurant in the evening, and convenient to refuel on our way to the museum the next day. Check-in was smooth. I requested non-smoking rooms, adjoining rooms, and a high floor when I booked, and all requests were met. The view from the room window was very elegant. The hotel breakfast had a good selection, and we even received a souvenir gift at check-out. The staff were very friendly. It was raining when we checked out, and I needed a paper bag for an umbrella. I happened to run into a cleaning staff member and she very kindly provided one. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Taizhou.

Taking advantage of the summer peak, I took the little guy to punch in the National Geographic Hotel in China. The special price for opening is really fragrant. The hotel is rare to be satisfied with adults and children. The comfort that adults care about and the curiosity of children are perfectly combined! For the little onion, there are a lot of things in the magazines, books, and videos he has seen, which have become his preferred appearance before him. When I checked out today, little onion: Can anyone stay in a hotel all the time? Mom said, there is also... Little onion: Then we don't want to check out, I don't want to go... Breakfast is very careful, order + semi-buffet form, this weekend we have a full room, breakfast needs to be booked at the time of check-in, adults and children have different packages, some types of buffet are not many, but very delicate, Unfortunately, the C package of this stay is out of stock for geographical health meals. It is the only regret. I will make up for it next time. The hotel is in Qianwan Shengshi Riole, the brand is not too much, not a big brand, but fortunately, some brand discounts are very good, buy and buy [666][666][666]

I chose this hotel for my business trip and it definitely deserves a 5.0-star rating, which is rare. It's a new hotel, so the facilities are quite modern. The room isn't huge, but it's very clean and the service is excellent. However, there's one thing to note: there's a night market with street stalls nearby, and people sing there at night. So, if you prefer to go to bed early, it might not be the best fit. But if you enjoy a lively atmosphere, this place is perfect. Overall, I had a good experience and it offers great value for money. I stayed here for 5 days and completely forgot to take pictures! I'll share two photos of the night market instead. It's super close to Sanjing Night Market and also near District 3 of the International Trade City commercial area.

The room was pretty good, nice and bright, very satisfied! The hygiene was also good, but I felt the bedding was just average; the sheets were a bit stiff. It felt different from other Sheratons' bedding – not very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent; they were enthusiastic, efficient, and spoke clearly. Thumbs up! Breakfast hours were very convenient, and the food tasted alright, but the variety wasn't extensive. Also, there was no one to guide us to a table when we entered, so we had to find our own seats, which felt a bit chaotic. There's a decent-sized mall with a large supermarket not far from the hotel, which is quite convenient. However, overall, I felt the hotel's location was a bit out of the way; it's quite far from all the tourist attractions. Since we had a car, it didn't bother us much.

GGuest UserI guess I'm a loyal customer of this hotel in Xian Mountain, Qiandao Lake. I've been there twenty times, and every time I visit Qiandao Lake, I still choose this hotel. There's a unique sense of appropriateness here – they don't seem to be merely providing service, but rather 'taking care' of you, making you feel like entering the hotel truly marks the beginning of a vacation: free, comfortable, pleasant, and warm! I felt it the moment I arrived. The car had barely stopped at the entrance when the bellhop scurried over to open the car door, greeting us with a smiling 'Hello, welcome home.' After we checked in, a bellhop proactively helped us with our luggage, introducing himself as he led us to the elevator: 'If you need anything these next few days, just call the concierge. My name is Henry.' He was a bright and efficient young man with a constant smile. Just hearing him say that, and seeing his smile, made you feel like he wasn't just completing a task, but genuinely inviting you to reach out, all to put your mind at ease! On the day we checked in, I casually asked if there were any good running routes nearby and what fun things there were to do. Henry actually took the time to draw me a map, explaining the hotel's layout, where I could run, where I could cycle, where I could hike, where I could pick bayberries, and where I could eat. He even reminded me, 'Before 6:30 AM, the boardwalk is less crowded. If you like photography, you can go and take pictures of the sunrise; it’s really beautiful.' The next morning, we indeed went to the lighthouse and the camphor tree forest. When we returned, dripping with sweat, we ran into him again in the lobby. He enthusiastically asked, 'Finished your run? The weather's great today, how was it?' – just like an old friend I'd known for ages. It feels wonderful to be remembered! Another time, our group of ten went to the hotel. In the evening, he led us to chase the sunset. We walked cheerfully along the path on Xian Mountain Peninsula. He walked in front, constantly describing the surrounding scenery and sharing stories of past guests, occasionally turning back to make sure everyone was still with us. In that moment, it didn't feel like staying in a hotel; it felt more like being shown around by a local old friend, listening to him share everything about the area… The hotel is now called InterContinental One Thousand Island Lake Resort, and everything is still as beautiful and comfortable in that resort style. The moment you step into your hotel room and open the door, the entire Qiandao Lake unfolds before your eyes. You can't help but think: 'This is exactly what I wanted!' The mist and mountain breeze intertwine, a gentle drizzle, so comfortable you don't want to move. The bedding was just the right firmness, and I swapped my pillow for a buckwheat one, sleeping soundly until my alarm went off – which is quite rare in a hotel. The breakfast restaurant is also the most extensive among similar hotels, with a vast array of dishes prepared meticulously. There were six or seven kinds of green leafy vegetables for the salad alone, and a variety of dressings. There was also a young man making fresh squeezed juice, busy but with a good-natured smile on his face all morning long… So, what does staying in a hotel mean, you ask? Is it just staying for two nights, looking at the lake, and eating fish head? Actually, it's about enjoying the service the hotel provides, not just the 'hello, thank you, sorry' routine, but feeling that someone truly cares about your feelings, your needs, and your mood! InterContinental One Thousand Island Lake Resort doesn't feel like staying in a hotel to me; it feels more like visiting a friend's home who truly understands you. You want to go back every now and then to see your old friend and everything you hold dear! The lake view is beautiful, but what makes me want to keep returning are those warm moments I remember… The lake views will stay in our photo albums and on our phones, but those people and those moments of being treated with kindness will always remain in my heart…

GGuest UserThe room was nice and very clean, but the TV couldn't screen mirror, so it felt a bit lacking in smart features. The three meals overall were decent, with a good variety of ingredients, not just an afterthought. Here are a couple of things that weren't great about the dining experience: 1. The BBQ area was a pretty bad experience. A large group of people were queuing, and by the time it was your turn, the food might be gone – and this wasn't even a holiday! The chef was grilling on-site, and perhaps due to the heavy workload with so many people, he constantly had a sour expression. 2. I asked the lady at the noodle station three times if there were any more chicken feet next to her, and she just ignored me! *Sigh*.

MM702023****A big thank you to the butler and hotel staff! From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the Yaohan business district, with a riverside green belt right downstairs. It's also easy to access the expressway for trips to Puyuan and the South Station. The hotel rooms and hallways are quite spacious, and the soundproofing is good. Our room faced the interior, and although there were many AC units on the podium, we barely heard anything once the windows were closed. Even the sound of doors opening and closing in the hallway in the morning wasn't very noticeable. In terms of facilities, the two 1.5-meter beds are generally suitable for families traveling with older children. As it's a Four Points, it has all the essential amenities, but they are a more basic version. The male staff member in the blue suit in the lobby was very enthusiastic. When the young lady at the front desk wasn't sure about the location of the Zicheng historical site and Nanhu Lake, he overheard and proactively came over to provide more details. Thumbs up!👍🏻

LLijiejieLuciaWe checked into Club Med Hangzhou Longwu the day after it opened. It was so neat, clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. Everything looked just as you'd expect from a brand-new place. Even though it was raining lightly that day, it couldn't dampen our excitement! After checking in, the two kids immediately ran off to the indoor play area. The facilities were all brand new, and they had an absolute blast! We also managed to catch the last call for afternoon tea. They were already clearing up, but a staff member was so thoughtful; seeing that we arrived late, they specially saved a plate of snacks for us. The two hungry kids were thrilled! After they'd had their fill at the playground, the siblings went to relax in the pool. Luckily, I had asked the butler beforehand if there was a heated pool, so I brought their swim gear! The water was clean, and the space was big enough – it was simply amazing! I have to give the evening candy party a perfect 100 points! The dazzling array of colorful candies, desserts, and non-alcoholic drinks made all the kids practically cry with excitement! For this sense of occasion, the siblings waited in line for half an hour... The emotional value was through the roof, and the sweetness was off the charts! I didn't even get a chance to take photos of the hotel room! My focus was entirely on eating and playing. The room was clean, hygienic, and comfortable! Everything was just perfect. The next day, Hangzhou had some rare good weather. After breakfast, the kids all gathered in the outdoor play area and spent the entire morning running around and getting a full workout! After the initial novelty wore off, they moved inside to try various games. No rushing, no queues, no crowds – this is exactly what a May Day holiday should be like. The kids were quite satisfied with their mom's May Day trip arrangements this time! Even after checking out, they were still reluctant to leave. We'll definitely choose Club Med Longwu again for our next family vacation!

NNik ParksWe had an amazing stay here. The apartment is light, spacious and airy. The bed is huge and really comfortable and the shower and bathroom are also lovely. Having a kitchen with utensils, hob and microwave meant we could cook in the evenings which is a huge plus. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was varied and tasty with some western options, fresh noodles and omelettes, fresh fruits and salads, bread, cheese, pastries and amazing coffee and fresh juices. We used the pool several times (remember your swim caps!) and it was large and really nice for a swim. The location is great. It's close to the West Lake area. We walked there and back which was about 45mins each way, but it's also very easy to jump in a Didi to venture further around to see the Tiger Springs or Nine Creeks and Misty Forest areas which are really beautiful. The staff were very helpful. We arrived a little early and they checked us in straight away and very promptly answered all my questions. We asked for a late check-out and we were generously accommodated which was an added bonus. Oh - and the lobby and hotel smell amazing too! We will 100% stay here again when we return to Hanghzhou and would highly recommend it to other travellers if you'd like some luxury alongside home comforts.
