The female staff member who took over after midnight was also very welcoming, though perhaps new, as her operations were a bit unfamiliar. However, her attitude was excellent, and she showed great emotional intelligence. Facilities: The amenities were well-suited for business travel, comprehensive and convenient. Hygiene: Excellent. Attention to detail was evident, and the room was cleaned very well even during an extended stay.

Spaceship Hotel is absolutely fantastic! They offer both a buffet and à la carte options; if you're not in a hurry, I'd recommend the buffet. The staff provides excellent service, always ready to assist immediately. The location is superb – you can walk to Spaceship Park in just one minute. There's also a shuttle bus service to Ocean Kingdom. If you buy a package ticket, you get to enter an hour earlier. The lobby's parent-child entertainment area is uniquely designed and perfectly caters to kids' needs. We specifically chose this new hotel for a 'scouting mission,' and it turned out to be a very happy trip. The room was incredibly spacious and bright, with a novel submarine-themed design. For families with young children, I honestly suggest making Spaceship Hotel your top choice; it's so convenient! My little one was excited just seeing the hotel building. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was well-equipped for kids with slippers, toiletries, a child-friendly toilet seat, and a step stool. The shower had great water pressure, making for a comfortable wash. Room service for deliveries was quick, and the kids' toiletries were adorable. There were security staff in the basement, which gave us a great sense of safety. The amenities and services were top-notch, and we really appreciate it. Check-out was fast, and the breakfast offerings were quite satisfying. The hotel lobby is clean and bright. We look forward to coming back again soon!

You can also take the sightseeing bus, which connects all major attractions in the city, so you don't have to worry about planning your route at all. This doubles the efficiency of self-guided tours. Wild Boar Island offers stunning scenery and unique natural beauty, perfect for amazing photos; the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge is magnificent and a must-see in Zhuhai. Being close to Gongbei Port makes travel to Macau convenient, allowing for easy double-destination trips. There's no need to worry about nearby amenities. I scoured countless guides before visiting Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and ultimately chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel. Turns out, it was a fantastic decision. First, let's talk about the location. While it's a bit of a distance from the park, transportation is a non-issue. You can take a boat or a shuttle bus, both running very frequently. Waiting with kids wasn't a problem at all. The boat ride itself felt quite special, and my little one absolutely loved it. Walking into the hotel lobby was a delightful surprise. NPCs (character mascots) immediately greeted us, shaking hands, high-fiving, and posing for photos. They were incredibly enthusiastic. My child is usually a bit shy, but even they couldn't stop giggling. If you're traveling with young children, this kind of atmosphere is truly welcoming. Regarding the room, we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a Flamingo View Room. We could see the flamingos in the park right from our window – a beautiful sea of pink that captivated my child for quite a while. The room itself was spacious; we could easily open two large suitcases and still have plenty of room to move around, never feeling cramped. I have to specifically praise the hotel's butler service. After adding them on WeChat, any request I sent was met with an almost instant reply and always fulfilled. Whether it was asking for kids' slippers, extra water bottles, or shuttle times, everything was handled quickly, which made our stay much less stressful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The desserts were both exquisite and delicious. I particularly recommend the freshly made egg pancakes – hot and fragrant. Both adults and children will find something to enjoy. Now, about the water park – honestly, it felt a bit lackluster. The facilities weren't extensive or particularly new. However, since it's included with the stay and doesn't require an extra ticket, it's fine for a casual stroll and splashing around with the kids. Just don't go in with high expectations. Overall, our experience at this hotel was very positive. Despite the mediocre water park, the convenient transportation, attentive service, and excellent family-friendly atmosphere mean I'd definitely consider staying here again for our next trip to Chimelong.

I'm very satisfied with the room, it's a front-row sea-view room. The butler service was thoughtful and meticulous. The complimentary afternoon tea for two is served from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM; they even reminded us to come on time. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: First-class, the full sea view is truly amazing. Service: Excellent, absolutely fantastic! It would be even better if breakfast could be slightly improved, but a small issue like that doesn't negate the excellent service we received. Definitely worth a full five-star recommendation!

First time visiting Shanwei, and this hotel was perfect! You can walk right out of the hotel to the beach, and the courtyard is beautifully maintained. The outdoor pool wasn't open, but my kids had a blast every day in the indoor pool. The hotel offered a complimentary travel photoshoot, so we decided to give it a try. The photographer was really easygoing and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and lively travel photos we got – I even ended up purchasing over ten extra pictures because I was so happy with them! 😊

The room opens right out to the sea, with sun loungers in front, offering a direct view and the soothing sound of waves – truly a ocean-view room. It's not huge, but the decor is simple yet elegant, and everything is spotlessly clean. They even provide toilet seat covers, which shows great attention to detail. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, they offered a complimentary travel photoshoot!

I booked this room way in advance to see the New Year's Eve fireworks. The customer service lady was really nice and communicative throughout, especially since I was worried about finding parking during peak season. Opening the door to the room was a pleasant surprise – it was huge, and the balcony was enormous, directly facing the sea! I didn't even check the bed or bathroom; I just dropped my bags and headed straight to the beach. I didn't get back until after 2 AM. I turned on the water heater, but it ran cold for ages. I went to check it in the bathroom and realized the temperature was still set to 30 degrees. I turned it up to 60, and it took about half an hour to heat up. After my shower, I finally lay down and discovered a lot of sand on the bedsheets. I was already back late, then the water heater hassle, and now sand on the bed – the exhaustion was unreal, if you know what I mean. I really hope the hotel can improve a few things: why isn't the water heater pre-adjusted, and why weren't guests informed to adjust it themselves? Also, why was there sand on the sheets?

My two little ones absolutely adored the freshly wrapped mini wontons and waffles at breakfast. I must give a special shout-out to Barbara, the exceptionally wonderful front office manager! Before our arrival, she proactively called to discuss our family's needs and even pre-arranged children's toiletries for us. During check-in, concerned about the less-than-ideal weather, she worried that the kids might not be able to use the pool in our poolside room, so she took the initiative to show us the room's pool temperature first! Her demeanor was gentle, meticulous, and highly professional! On our second day, she even upgraded us to a sea-view room! When our room's electricity tripped, and other staff members took hours to address it, a quick call to Barbara resolved the issue swiftly and efficiently! She truly put our minds at ease! This hotel offers both excellent value and quality, and we will definitely choose it again for our next trip to Hailing Island!
