The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

The food court on the first floor has various dining options, meeting basic meal needs. It's very kid-friendly, and the spaceship park is right downstairs. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay and will choose this place again next time! It's convenient, and the bathroom is spacious and grand, with a great wet/dry separation design, which made us feel very comfortable. Any questions or issues were addressed promptly and helpfully. The hotel's sailor-themed buffet breakfast had a good variety, and the food tasted great with a delicate texture. Room service for deliveries was prompt, enthusiastic, and professional, providing very thoughtful service. The front desk staff were professional and proactive during check-in, making the process quick. Check-out was also fast with no waiting. It's close to the high-speed train station and Jinwan Airport. Overall, it's great. In short, everything was outstanding, highly recommended! We'll definitely return if we get the chance!

She even proactively added me on WeChat and immediately sent over a meticulously compiled Zhuhai travel guide. As a first-time visitor with no sense of direction, this guide was an absolute lifesaver, clearly outlining attractions and tips to avoid pitfalls. It instantly solved all my travel planning headaches; I felt so reassured and well taken care of. In the afternoon, I wanted to go out for dinner but wasn't sure about local specialty restaurants nearby. I hesitantly asked the front desk staff again. Even though they were incredibly busy with other guests, they showed no impatience whatsoever. They took the time to patiently recommend several hidden gem eateries frequented by locals – all authentic and affordable. They not only described each place's unique features but also provided clear directions, telling me which bus to take, where to get off, or how much a taxi would cost, even considering routes to avoid traffic. This level of detail, treating guests like family, truly warmed my heart. The room experience also completely exceeded my expectations; the value for money was incredible! I was so surprised to get such a spacious room at this price. The layout was well-designed, not cramped at all, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was clean and practical, allowing for showering and washing up without inconvenience. It was spotlessly clean, with no hidden dirty spots, making me feel completely at ease. The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close to the seaside. A post-dinner stroll along the beach, enjoying the breeze, was incredibly pleasant. While there isn't a huge shopping district right next door, popular commercial areas are very close, offering convenient access without the noise. It’s a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a tourist stay. During my stay, the second floor of the hotel was under renovation. The scheduled renovation time was 12 PM, but I had been out late the night before and slept in. I wanted to sleep a bit longer, so I tried contacting the front desk to ask if they could postpone the construction. I honestly didn't expect much, but the front desk immediately agreed without hesitation! Within minutes of hanging up, the renovation noise stopped completely, with no delay at all. In fact, I felt a little embarrassed; such a small request was met with 100% satisfaction. This feeling of being valued was incredibly touching. Check-out was even more surprising; the staff specially prepared small gifts and coffee for me. Though small, these gifts were full of sincerity, and the thoughtfulness in the details was truly unforgettable. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently attentive and thorough – no perfunctory gestures, no tricks, just genuine sincerity. This trip to Zhuhai was originally just an ordinary outing, but it became exceptionally beautiful and memorable because of the hotel's warm service. It offers great value, comfortable rooms, a convenient location, and most importantly, incredibly human-centered service. If you're coming to Zhuhai, choose this hotel – you won't regret it! The lobby is grand and impressive, but the real showstopper is the vibrant red glass coral sculpture 🪸. It's so ocean-themed that my child was instantly captivated and immersed in the vacation spirit. We booked a sea-view room, which was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The balcony directly overlooks the ocean 🌊, perfect for watching the sunrise and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night. The bathroom was well-equipped for a relaxing soak, and the complimentary bath salts were a thoughtful touch after a day of fun 🛁. The hotel facilities are incredibly comprehensive: the Waterpark's slides and wave pool were a huge hit, and the Flamingo Garden and Dolphin Pool were also very entertaining. Plus, there's a beach and a kids' club. You could easily spend a whole day just enjoying the hotel, even without visiting the main theme park 🐬. There's even a daily boat shuttle to the park's pier, which adds a special touch. For dining, the hotel offers various options. We tried the buffet, and it was incredibly diverse, with the dessert and fruit sections being particularly popular 🍰. What's more, there were interactive mascots in the restaurant, making for not just a satisfying meal but also lots of lovely photo opportunities 📷. Overall, I give this a five-star recommendation! The service, environment, transportation, dining, and child-friendliness are all outstanding! If you're planning a trip to Zhuhai's Chimelong, this hotel is definitely worth staying at for two nights or more!

The room was spotless and incredibly spacious, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view! They deliver complimentary afternoon tea right to your room, and in the evenings, there are cocktails, plus breakfast in the morning. The service is truly exceptional, especially the front desk staff – their attitude was absolutely superb! I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

My stay at the Hilton Shanwei was fantastic! The concierge, Rainbow, was incredibly helpful, sharing tips for my visit. I stayed for two nights and was upgraded to an amazing sea-view room, which was incredibly relaxing. I was welcomed with warm, sweet cookies upon arrival – a lovely touch! The hotel's breakfast was a real highlight, featuring local specialties like Chaoshan beef kway teow, rice rolls, and thin pancakes, all delicious. Every morning, the omelet chef even made personalized eggs for me, which brightened my day. The hotel's location is convenient, and the complimentary travel photography session was very professional, resulting in beautiful shots at Black Sand Beach, Wind Sail Chapel, and the beach itself. 💕

Facilities: Very complete, the smart toilet is a nice touch. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: The sea view is beautiful. You can see the sea as soon as you step out of the building. The sea is very blue and clear, which is wonderful. Service: Excellent! There are different Chinese and Western breakfast options every day, and complimentary sweet soup in the evening.

The sea was lovely, but the weather was really unpredictable. We drove to the hotel in a huge downpour late at night and didn't check in until after midnight. The front desk still gave us a room with a fantastic sea view and even let us check out at 2 PM. Waking up to the ocean right outside, I could watch the sea from bed through the wide floor-to-ceiling windows. Listening to the ebb and flow of the waves really calmed me. The parking lot has both surface and underground spots, and the underground parking connects directly to the rooms, which is super convenient for getting around. The value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

I booked this room way in advance to see the New Year's Eve fireworks. The customer service lady was really nice and communicative throughout, especially since I was worried about finding parking during peak season. Opening the door to the room was a pleasant surprise – it was huge, and the balcony was enormous, directly facing the sea! I didn't even check the bed or bathroom; I just dropped my bags and headed straight to the beach. I didn't get back until after 2 AM. I turned on the water heater, but it ran cold for ages. I went to check it in the bathroom and realized the temperature was still set to 30 degrees. I turned it up to 60, and it took about half an hour to heat up. After my shower, I finally lay down and discovered a lot of sand on the bedsheets. I was already back late, then the water heater hassle, and now sand on the bed – the exhaustion was unreal, if you know what I mean. I really hope the hotel can improve a few things: why isn't the water heater pre-adjusted, and why weren't guests informed to adjust it themselves? Also, why was there sand on the sheets?

This is an excellent family-friendly hotel. You can see the beach right from your window, and the hotel facilities are very comprehensive. The kids' play area is huge, perfect for children to enjoy themselves. Ms. Yoyo at the front desk was also very thoughtful, always responding to and resolving issues promptly. If I go to Hailing Island again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.
