Marriott quality is always reliable. Hotel parking is free, and the front desk always has water for guests. I didn't have time to try the pool, but my sister enjoyed the afternoon tea. It's located very close to attractions like Love Post Office, Lighthouse, Fisher Girl Statue, and Jingshan Park. It would be great to ride the colorful and multi-person bikes if the weather wasn't so hot, but unfortunately, it was. The facilities are complete and clean, especially the sliding door design in the bathroom, which makes the space feel very open and bright – I even want to adopt it for my own home. It truly makes the room feel much more spacious.

Bringing my family for a holiday, the overall experience at Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel was incredibly pleasant. The hotel boasts a strong ocean-themed ambiance with thoughtfully designed landscapes. Sea views, gardens, and waterscapes complement each other beautifully, and a stroll through the grounds immediately brings a sense of relaxed vacation. The Water World is perfect for families to enjoy together; the indoor area is unaffected by weather or seasons, so you can still have fun in the water even if it's windy or rainy. The outdoor beach and lazy river offer a variety of activities, and with lifeguards on duty, safety is well-ensured. The hotel's dolphin viewing area is a unique feature, allowing close-up views of the dolphins, and the flamingo garden offers a healing sight – no need to specially visit the theme park, you can see animals right at the hotel. The buffet restaurant offers a wide array of dishes, catering to both adults and children, with an abundance of seafood, hot dishes, pastries, desserts, and fruits. The dining environment is spacious and uncrowded. Our room was quiet and clean, with excellent natural light and comfortable bedding, allowing us to fully rest after a whole day of fun. The public areas are well-maintained and feature recreational spaces to let children expend their energy. The hotel's service process is mature; check-in and check-out are efficient, and all our questions were answered. Getting around to different points within the resort is convenient, minimizing travel time and effort. Staying here means you can cover dining, accommodation, and entertainment all in one place without constantly switching venues, making for a truly relaxed and enjoyable holiday.

Angsana Phoenix Bay offers excellent service and high standards, with a special shout-out to our butler, Flora! We stayed in a sea view room, which was spacious and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the entire South China Sea view indoors. Each room also had its own private balcony. The bathroom featured a double vanity, an oversized round bathtub, and stable shower water pressure. The Angsana brand toiletries had a refreshing scent. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, allowing us to sleep in until we naturally woke up. The room's mini-bar was well-stocked, and it came with high-speed Wi-Fi and silent air conditioning. The decor incorporated Lingnan elements, with simple yet elegant wooden furnishings and exquisite craftsmanship. The 'Laugh & Play Travel Photography' session we booked was fantastic, yielding beautiful photos. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the daily turndown service was thoughtful, tidying the bed and replenishing amenities. Soundproofing was excellent; we barely heard any outside noise. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained, with stunning views at every turn. We could even see the Sun & Moon Bay Opera House and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge from our room's balcony. The facilities are solid and the attention to detail is impressive, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Hardware enthusiasts will definitely love it.

This was my second stay at this 5-star hotel, both times for my birthday, and the experience was drastically different and very disappointing. Throughout my stay, only the concierge and breakfast staff had good attitudes; the experience with other departments was indescribable. Given it was my birthday, there was no room upgrade, no birthday amenities, not even a simple 'Happy Birthday' wish. I felt no sense of birthday celebration at all. The front desk staff clearly lacked training; their attitude was cold and communication was perfunctory. This is a huge contrast to other 5-star hotels of the same caliber I've stayed in. I specifically requested turndown service, but the room wasn't tidied at all, and my clothes weren't folded. Even basic services weren't up to par, and the attention to detail was very poor. The breakfast also didn't live up to the 5-star hotel's pricing. There was very little variety, the dishes were ordinary, and nothing stood out. The value for money was very low. Only the concierge and breakfast service were decent; everything else was truly disappointing. I won't consider staying here again.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations; it's the best hotel experience I've had recently, genuinely deserving a full five-star rating! First and foremost, the cleanliness, which is my top priority, was completely reassuring. The hotel overall was clean and tidy, with the lobby and public areas of the hallways consistently dry and neat, free from odors and clutter. Upon entering the guest room, I was especially delighted; the room was well-ventilated, with fresh air and no musty or strange smells. The bedding was flat and clean, and the sheets and duvet covers felt brand new and fluffy, very comfortable against the skin, with no stains or hairs whatsoever. The bathroom was immaculately cleaned, with no water marks on the countertops or mirrors, and the toilet and shower area were thoroughly sanitized. The toiletries provided were complete and of good quality. The service throughout was exceptionally warm and attentive. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, with no complicated steps. Any needs during my stay were promptly addressed by the staff, and the cleaning ladies were meticulous, proactively replenishing drinking water, tissues, and other supplies. The hotel's attention to detail was particularly thoughtful; the lighting and power outlet layout were well-designed, and the WiFi speed was stable and smooth, perfectly meeting both work and leisure needs. The overall living environment was quiet and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. There were no hidden charges at the hotel, and the value for money was exceptional. It's perfectly suited for daily business trips, friends' getaways, or short stays. I've already bookmarked this place, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit the area. I sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

I stayed at this hotel with my child for Chimelong. I had also stayed here during the pandemic. This time, my experience wasn't great. The check-in staff were quite inexperienced, and there weren't many of them; it felt like a lot of them were interns. I specifically booked the executive lounge because there aren't many dining options nearby, and driving out to eat would be inconvenient. The executive lounge space was incredibly small, probably only the size of three regular rooms. The afternoon tea offered very little – just some fruit, a can of cookies, and a few carbonated drinks, and that was it (see picture). Dinner started at 5:30 PM, but there were too few seats, and by 5:10 PM, it was already full. Out of six hot dishes, only one was meat, duck meat. The variety of food was limited, and the quality of dishes was poor. Even drink refills were incredibly slow. It felt like the staff were moving at a snail's pace. Later, a guest complained, asking why there was nothing available and stating that their service was unacceptable. Only then did they replenish the drinks and food. Honestly, this is the worst hotel executive lounge I've ever seen. I ordered takeout to my room. When it arrived at the hotel concierge, they told me to pick it up myself, saying that if the hotel delivered it, there would be a 30-minute wait. After checking out, the hotel called for feedback. I brought up the issues with the executive lounge and the staff. The hotel responded that due to a recent shortage of staff, many of whom were interns, they were often unfamiliar with procedures. They also mentioned that parts of the hotel would be redecorated soon and that service would improve in the future. I hope so.

Came to Zhuhai for a weekend staycation and booked a one-bedroom suite. The overall experience was excellent. The suite was incredibly spacious, with a living room and desk area, making the layout very practical and never feeling cramped. Since it was the summer holiday, there were many guests, and the Executive Lounge was very popular, but the experience exceeded expectations. Happy Hour was a delightful surprise; the hot dishes were varied, flavorful, not too heavy, and absolutely delicious. The afternoon tea selection was also sufficient, and the TWG tea was wonderful! The lounge's window seats offered direct views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, providing an amazing vista. Breakfast was on the second floor, and it was extremely crowded on Saturday and Sunday; we even had to queue for breakfast on Sunday morning. This time it was a Southeast Asian theme (Singapore, Thailand), and the overall taste was quite standard. During peak hours, there was a long wait for omelets, and the coffee was just okay – this was probably the most noticeable drawback of our stay. The food quality in the lounge was definitely much better than the second-floor Western restaurant. Secondly, the service was excellent throughout our stay. Our requests were almost always promptly addressed. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, and the staff handled it quickly and appropriately. During check-out, Rona at the front desk proactively followed up with us, listened carefully to our feedback, and took our comments seriously, which left a very positive impression. The hotel has an infinity pool that looks stunning, but unfortunately, it was too crowded during the summer holidays for us to use. The location right by the sea is perfect for evening strolls or cycling along the beach. Overall, it was a highly rated holiday stay. My only wish is that the hotel can improve the efficiency of breakfast service during peak hours in the future. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back if I have the chance.

Excellent sea-view hotel with fantastic views and a swimming pool. It's almost always fully booked, so our original room type wasn't available. The front desk staff were great and gave us a free upgrade. Hotel staff also helped deliver our food orders to the room. Very quiet and a wonderful experience. I would choose this hotel again next time.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The facilities are all brand new, and the hygiene is top-notch. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were super friendly and helpful. The location is also fantastic, making it very convenient to get to Hengqin Port and Chimelong. Best of all, the price is really affordable, and the experience is easily on par with a higher-end hotel like Hanting. I'll definitely be back!

Choosing the right hotel is so important for a seaside vacation! This place has an excellent location, very close to the beach, so you can feel the sea breeze as soon as you step outside. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the facilities were complete. The sea view was delightful. The service was thoughtful and polite, with great attention to detail. Watching the sea during the day and the sunset in the evening made the entire stay relaxing and pleasant, adding a lot to our trip. The value for money is great, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting this area.
