I stay only 1 night, 20 mins from airport by Taxi (180 HKD for me) a bit difficult to travel by public transport from airport, but it is next to MTR station to go city.
Room is big (i got upgraded to suit,) very big for HK size, over all is ok. No water in the room , need to buy. Good for family

I am satisfied with the hotel service and accommodation. The room they gave to me was the one i requested and it is at the highest floor with a nice city view. Room is spacious for a price in Hongkong. The best part was there was nearby 7/11, starbucks, restaurants, and very near wan chai station. The hotel seems old but clean and big. I would prolly stay here next time when i visit again Hongkong.😍😊🇭🇰

A practical and efficient choice for business travelers cause the hotel is located in the industrial area. Its major advantage is the convenient 20-minute walk to Kwai Hing MTR station, perfect for travelers with light luggage. Service is standard —nothing exceptional. The room where i stayed was compact and clean.

The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card.
If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied.
Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability.
The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea.
That's all. Thank you. :)
Thank you.

Highly recommended! This hotel offers a clean, neat, and spacious (by Hong Kong standards) retreat. The staff are exceptionally nice and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay with daily towel replacement, provided slippers, and fresh beddings upon request. Its greatest asset is the superb accessibility, with direct connectivity to both Moko Mall and the MTR Station.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The Wi-Fi in my room was completely unusable, which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the television could not find any channels, leaving me without entertainment. To make matters worse, the sofa in the wardrobe area was not clean; there were still strands of hair on it, which was quite off-putting. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and cleanliness issues greatly affected my stay. I hope the management addresses these concerns for future guests.

Great hotel with well equipped rooms.
To get there is well pointed with signs as the elevators are bit confusing for first time guests.
Breakfast buffet good and all service was very friendly.

The hotel's location is excellent! It's incredibly convenient for transportation, being close to the China Ferry Terminal, high-speed rail station, and MTR subway stations. Shopping is also a breeze with everything you could ask for at China Hong Kong City and Harbour City. Sightseeing is even easier – in about 5-10 minutes, you can walk through Harbour City to the Star Ferry Terminal and enjoy panoramic views of Victoria Harbour! The hotel also offers great value for money, and the service is attentive and efficient. My only suggestion for improvement: perhaps because it's a bit older, some of the room furnishings and decor feel a bit dated. I hope the hotel considers gradually updating the rooms to provide guests with an even more comfortable environment.

Check-in was efficient. Ms. Katherine Lai was very professional and helpful. My room was upgraded to one with greenery view, which was nice.
The room is spacious, bright and comfortable. Normally, room size is small in Hong Kong hotels for this category. Dorsett Tsuen Wan stands out and is really good as compared to other hotels I have stayed in Tsuen Wan. Excellent value.
Washroom is also spacious. There is a small gym, which again is a plus for this category of hotels.
The location is not as convenient as other hotels in the center of cities. However, Dorsett provides a free shuttle bus to a nearby shopping mall, Metroplaza, where yiu can take the subway MTR. Also, another shopping center is with 6 to 7 minutes walk from the hotel.
Housekeeping is good, vacuuming the carpet in the room every day.
Finally, bus A41P will take you from Hong Kong International Airport to a stop (”kin Tsuen” street), a 4-5 minutes walk from hotel. Then, at the same bus stop, talk A32 bus to airport, costs HK$19.80.
The staffs at concierge are also very helpful in directions and bus selection.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Dorsett Tsuen Wan. I will stay there again and highly recommend it.

Free upgrade from a queen to a king bed. The room has an air purifier, which is a nice touch, even though the room itself isn't huge, which is pretty normal for hotels here. The A21 airport bus stop is conveniently located nearby, and it's a decent walk to the Avenue of Stars and the MTR station. My only complaint is that my room was right next to the elevator, and the constant up-and-down noise kept me awake all night.

XXiaoyu990110First, let's talk about the pros: The location is excellent. You can walk to all the popular spots, and there's a ton of great food nearby – you really can't go wrong with any restaurant. The room size is quite generous for a Hong Kong hotel, and the front desk service was good too. The only real downside is that the common areas have a musty smell. Even though a dehumidifier was running non-stop, the hallway still had that odor. Also, I personally wasn't a fan of the room layout; the bed was visible as soon as you opened the door, and the bathroom door also faced the bed with little to no obstruction. I assume this layout can't really be changed, but I still recommend it!
AAishenghuodexiaojiejieThe room was very clean, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The front desk was also decent. If you exit the hotel, turn right and then left, you'll find the subway station, just a 2-minute walk away. It's also very close to Sneakers Street in Mong Kok, about 400-500 meters. The hotel's price is considered mid-range for Hong Kong. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
