This hotel is located near Muslim Street, surrounded by many great restaurants. It's also very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions, and there's a direct shuttle service right across from the hotel entrance to different sights. For a city as well-equipped as Xi'an, the transportation here is truly outstanding. Even before I arrived, the hotel called me to confirm my arrival time and ask if I had any special requests, arranging everything in advance, which was very thoughtful. The front desk ladies were all lovely, patient, and communicative. Politeness is a two-way street, and my stay was very comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing, returning to a clean and tidy room definitely helped ease some of the fatigue. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. H World Group's standards are truly reliable.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel, absolutely no complaints! The location is superb, directly accessible from an underground walkway, and the Bell Tower is right opposite. The surrounding area is very lively. The entrance is small as it's a protected heritage building, and everything from the staircase (there's an elevator), corridors, to the rooms is very elegant and beautiful. The off-peak season rate was fantastic value for money. The reception has a partnered travel company that offers convenient rides to the airport in a mid-sized car for just 30 RMB. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an.

The Elegant Hotel in Xi'an was by far our favourite stay in China. The hotel is gorgeously decorated in the traditional Tang style while still being super modern, clean and equipped with high quality amenities (not to mention the complimentary afternoon tea and late-night bowl of noodles). The service was absolutely outstanding, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. A special shout out to 瑞妮 for looking after us so well, down to personally escorting us to our room and giving us a goodbye souvenir gift. Being in the heart of Xi'an, we also had the most amazing view of the Bell Tower from our room windows. Highly highly recommend, we can't wait to come back again soon!

This was my second trip to Xi'an, and I discovered this newly opened Four Points by Sheraton hotel. The front desk staff member who checked us in was exceptionally helpful and even upgraded our room for free. The hotel's location is fantastic – downstairs, there's a KFC, Mixue Ice Cream & Tea, Starbucks, 7-Eleven, and several roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) vendors. Plus, it's very close to the Muslim Quarter. Xi'an is an ancient capital of 13 dynasties, and I'll definitely choose Four Points by Sheraton again for my next in-depth visit!

The location is unbeatable, right next to the Bell Tower. It's so convenient for dinner in the evening, with all the classic sights right at your doorstep. The Bell Tower subway exit is just downstairs. The place is clean and the front desk service was excellent. A very satisfying trip!

This family room was adorned with adorable Doraemon decorations and plushies, a rocking horse, and even a Doraemon tent! The kids absolutely loved playing with everything and even wanted to sleep holding the plushies at night. It was such a fantastic experience! Plus, the front desk staff had a wonderful attitude. 👍

Fantastic, perfect for a family trip, with every detail well-thought-out. Even the standard king room was very spacious. The location is also incredibly convenient. You can easily visit the City Wall and Big Wild Goose Pagoda nearby, and it significantly cuts down travel time to attractions further afield like the Terracotta Warriors and Mount Hua, as it's close to the train station. Plus, you don't have to worry about traffic when calling for a car from this spot. The hotel's Chinese restaurant offers very convenient and incredibly good value meals. The outsourced Western restaurant on the second floor is also very reasonably priced. Room service is quick too; the yogurt and fruit salad was a generous portion.

The hotel is located in a garden area, and the room is relatively spacious. My friend felt that the shampoo products were very suitable for her to use. The hotel also has free laundry and drying services, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Parking is free in the basement. Just call the front desk to report your license plate number when you go out. There are many restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. Recommend everyone

Weekend train trek to BaoJi from Xi’an. It’s a very walkable city, and there are bikes all around. Crowne Plaza has a nice longe on the 40th Floor. It is next to a mall, and adjacent to the theater. The park nearby stretches to the historically designed walking bridge into Chencang Old Street (I suggest folk music bar next to Panda Aquarium/BaoJi Station display). Crowne has nice views and comfortable rooms. Staff is bilingual and everything is clean. Of the Crowne Plazas I have stayed in, this one is maintained well.

The hotel offers an airport shuttle service, which was perfect for us since our flight landed just before 11 PM. To avoid getting a bad room upon late check-in, I specifically contacted the hotel several days in advance, asking them to reserve a well-located room for us, especially since I was staying for five nights. I wanted to prevent any hassle later. However, they ended up giving me a room near the elevator. Plus, there were three rooms in that corner situated very close to each other, so every time someone opened or closed a door, I could hear it clearly, same with the food delivery robot at the door. It was incredibly noisy from 7-8 AM, waking me up forcefully. I brought this up with the hotel the next day, and they were very cooperative, offering to switch my room. But then, what was the point of my earlier request? Although my subsequent itinerary required early mornings anyway, I didn't end up switching rooms because all my belongings were already unpacked, and moving everything again would have been too much trouble. The front desk staff was very polite, though, arranging small desserts for us every evening and even giving us a small gift upon departure. Still, I couldn't shake off a slightly unpleasant feeling, wondering why they didn't just reserve a better room for me in the first place if one was available. Separately, the breakfast was just okay. Not much variety, and it was very crowded. I thought the noodles would be great, but they were very ordinary. I only tried them once and didn't bother again, sticking mostly to porridge after that.
