Celebrated my anniversary here, Weil Hotel delivered more than my expectations right from checking in. Location is right next to a mall. Room was very clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast was good, there is a special touch to provide complimentary supper of congee and sweet soup. There is also Netflix and Youtube on its TV for earlier nights in the room. Only comment is that the washroom flush strength is a little weak for my room. Absolutely left a last impression of Ipoh as a first time visitor. I will highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I visit again.

27-29.8.2025 This hotel is located near Ipoh Parade, walking in 5 minutes only. The hotel has 2 bays of AC 7kw EV Chargers. It is very easy to find the chargers after entering the parking area. I chose this hotel because of the EV changing facility. Breakfast choices are limited compared to other 5 star hotels.

The room was good and comfortable. However, the bathroom was quite small and the shower area felt rather dark. Towels provided were a bit thin and could be improved in quality. On the positive side, the security guard was very helpful in assisting with our luggage, which we truly appreciated. One thing to note is that check-out is at Level 12 instead of the lobby, which may be slightly confusing for first-time guests.

The first room we got have an aircond issue and i call the reception to tell them and they immediately ask us to change to another room, in house parking with security guard at the carpark and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Will recommend and checking in when im in town

A warm welcoming and smooth check in protocol from the receptionist (Angeline). Five lifts were ready for the tenants and basement car park were safe as well. Amazed with the new, clean, spacious and well decorated suite (refer photos). Balcony was the plus point. Also equipped with air conditioner, fan, big screen TV, washing machine, fridge, microwave, electrical stove, saucepan, pot, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, toiletries, safe, bathrobes and iron. The L-shaped couch was so comfortable till I felt asleep. Opposite the suite was Ipoh Parade aka Parkson, within our walking distances. Eateries and brew house were nearby. Deposit returned upon checkout. Overall, excellent service and descent suit for travellers in Ipoh town, strongly recommended.

Perfect 3days stay in premier room, it’s clean n nice mattress n pillow I feel very comfy to stay btw. Staffs is kindness with good smile. WiFi issues keep disconnected until the last day the whole day WiFi is totally not working till I check out still same. Overall is good

Parking exclusive at 6 floor. Breakfast at 7 floor. Room superb and spacious. Nice Taiping view. Neat Lake Garden. From ground floor can access mall. Food easy to get as there are stall yong Tau foo near Balai Bomba Taiping Staff friendly. Pool big for kids and adult. There is a gym at 7 floor near breakfast area

Thankyou for your hospitality. I enjoyed my stay at your resort, i would give 4.0 rating for my stay this time. Minus 1 rating is due to few hiccups we encountered which thankfully resolved by your team efficiently. As my stay is short i can only experience a few of your facilities and im entirely satisfied using them. (maybe the socks price a bit too high for low quality sock when entering the kids room). Service is tip top. Everyone is very polite and friendly from front desk to door men to f&b staff. However the room could be better. The water pressure is not strong enough and there's something wrong with the mixer tab because halfway through showering the water will turn cold. Another thing is the WiFi speed, it's too slow.
