Excellent service and well-equipped facilities. This hotel boasts a superb location, especially if you're visiting Iguazu Falls. Being inside the park makes it incredibly convenient to get around, whether by shuttle or on foot. The hotel shuttle service to the park entrance is also fantastic, providing easy access to the airport and the border crossing to Argentina.

The hotel room was decent, but the location was absolutely fantastic – right next to the Bird Park and across from the mighty Iguazu Falls. As a resort, it truly had everything you could ask for, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Driving to the city center only took about 20 minutes. I was particularly impressed by the hot air balloon ride on Friday afternoon, offering breathtaking views over three countries and the rainforest.

A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.

Great hotel with an amazing view and pool setup, especially in the evening. The hotel stuff was very supportive and could help us with our requests. Breakfast was very good with many options, but I little bit noisy.

The hotel is already old and needs modernization. But they're still milking tourists for money, even though they're paying. This was my last time here, because the noise is incredibly bothersome. You can hear almost everything in the room, and the insulation is very poor. You can hear your neighbor and also outside noises. Very bad. The rest seemed great to me, and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel apenas razoável, estrutura já antiga, deteriorada pelo tempo.. não é possível considerar como 5 estrelas conforme anunciado. O destaque positivo fica para o parque aquático Blue Park que é ótimo. O destaque negativo vai para o trip.com que anunciou como se o ingresso ao parque aquático estivesse incluso e não estava.. causando grande constrangimento no check-in.

The hotel is attached to a apartment building and shopping centre. The reception is in the overlooking shop. The reception service was unexperienced. The service by the doormasters and manufacturers was very good. The breakfast is in a restaurant in the ground floor, excellent and well-served.
