AAiwanaidekeleIt's pretty much what you'd expect for the price. However, in the restaurant, two people have to order the exact same set meal, which I later realized is to help the hotel streamline its kitchen operations.

GGuest UserHelpful front desk. Location was great, 5 mins walk to Brazilian side of the Falls. A good size pool w/ a few hot tubs around. Pool size bar was nice too. They had a spa but I didn’t try. Dining was ok. Room was also nice & bright. Owner was an art collector so lots of art pieces were displayed in the hotel

GGuest UserA nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.

The hotel stuff was very supportive and could help us with our requests.
Breakfast was very good with many options, but I little bit noisy.

GGuest UserThe hotel is already old and needs modernization. But they're still milking tourists for money, even though they're paying. This was my last time here, because the noise is incredibly bothersome. You can hear almost everything in the room, and the insulation is very poor. You can hear your neighbor and also outside noises. Very bad.
The rest seemed great to me, and the staff was very friendly.

GGuest UserHotel apenas razoável, estrutura já antiga, deteriorada pelo tempo.. não é possível considerar como 5 estrelas conforme anunciado.
O destaque positivo fica para o parque aquático Blue Park que é ótimo.
O destaque negativo vai para o trip.com que anunciou como se o ingresso ao parque aquático estivesse incluso e não estava.. causando grande constrangimento no check-in.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, the room better than most hotels, however, the bathroom conditions were bad, dirty with dry urine marks on the floor in front of the kiss, incarded kiss inside, loose kiss cap, The hotel is in the same category and price in a state of conservation and cleaning of the bathroom. The hotel is attached to a apartment building and shopping centre. The reception is in the overlooking shop. The reception service was unexperienced. The service by the doormasters and manufacturers was very good. The breakfast is in a restaurant in the ground floor, excellent and well-served.
