3-Star Hotels in Wellington, New Zealand

A rather belated review due to so much going on with the house, my apologies to the great staff of this establishment. My wife and I spent a protracted 3&1/2 weeks here after a trip overseas, due to a full renovation on our home. We found the service attitude of Anikit and his team ( apilogies I didn't get all the names) with other front desk staff Memory and Ryan, to be fantastic. Nothing was too much troule and their manner was more worthy of a top-end luxury hotel as opposed to a budget-priced one. Their efforts were totally worthy of a signicant raise in remuneration as they are real assets for keeping this business profitable. I will be recommending this hotel to all people I know visiting Welly that require value for money accomodation. Thank you, Ken

Great location easy to find. Deborah at reception was magic she was lovely and accommodating. Only downfall was it was a bit stinly like the room had been smoked in and the other people staying next door were inconsiderate and loud. Also being on the bottom level with no allocated car parking the car parked in front of our room late last night had there beams on directly into our room when my daughter and I were trying to sleep.

Stayed at Room 307 on level 3. It's a mixed 4 beds (2 bunks) dormitory with an ensuite, a table, chair,, 2 mini wardrobes with shelvings and 3 power plugs. The hotel has a large dining area. Ideal for any traveler and the building location is close to the main transportation hub.

Check in was very efficient. Sufficient information given. The building is large and a bit confusing but helpful coloured signage resolves that. They offer evening activities to encourage the visitors to mingle. Bbq was the first one and free!

Good location but it is a very rundown building. The hotel is close to all the pubs and our room was so noisy. The staff was nice and put us in a quieter room . Overall, good for what you pay for.

Room is very clean. Daily room service is good. Mattresses' comfort could be better. Location is great, close to Lambton Quay, lots of shops and restaurants. We particularly like the luggage storage, very convenient. Will stay again. Front desk staff very helpful.

Great stay in city centre. Everything within walking distance. Cuba street has many eateries and bars plenty of options for all tastes. Very nice and comfortable studio apartment in a hotel. Lovely concept. Very enjoyable stay and great staff.

The odor in the room is relatively large, there are no windows, the floor is very old, there is no carpet, the room does not know what the house changed, and the water pipes on the roof are bare. In short, the accommodation environment is uncomfortable, and the water pipes are noisy at midnight The house is also very soundproof. The price is relatively low, set at 378. However, there is a public kitchen, which is conveniently located at the intersection of cuba st andmanners st, and there is a stop sign. The hotel entrance is not easy to find, in the sports shop REBEL.

The room is big enough, the facilities are complete, you can cook, microwave, refrigerator, oven, and the backyard is green grass. I feel that the proprietress is Filipino, very enthusiastic and diligent. The only fly in the ointment is that it is close to Highway 1 and the noise is louder.

Very friendly staff Very helpful for all our needs Close to the Airport and shuttle bus service available. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended Value for price.
