We stayed 4 nights at the Walliserhof. The first room assigned to us overlooked a construction site and we asked to change. We were placed in another room, quiet but on the ground floor, so a bit dark but spacious and quiet. The gym and the SPA pool area were nice. We only had breakfast, and it was not up to par with a 5-star hotel. Every morning, the same things, especially for bread, little choice and anemic pre-cooked sandwiches. For the rest, a plateau of cheeses, cold cuts and products that we do not eat for breakfast (smoked salmon and fish fillets), good yogurt and wholemeal crisps. Not an optimal quality/price ratio. High tourist tax CHF 7 per day but allows you to take advantage of free transport (buses and cable cars in the region

Temporarily change the itinerary and take a hot spring by car. The hotel has a hot spring experience, do not need to go out, the old five-star hotel, the service is very good, the bedding is also comfortable. In the same price hotel, the cost is higher, to give a breakfast, croissant, pancake is very delicious. The front desk service was very good, we arrived at 11:00 in the morning, found a room, let us stay in advance, very good, come to the hot springs, then recommend the experience!

Location is just at the main street of shopping. Bucherer and Rolex shop is just opposite the hotel. Very close to train station, breakfast was awesome. Very clean and bright rooms. Helpful receptionists. Will definitely choose to stay here again in future.

It is the best hotel in Switzerland in 8 days. The worst hotel I used to stay in before was 4 stars of 2800 yuan, basically all 5 stars.
The facilities are new and the new hotel is more in my style. The service is in place, reflecting the high level of Swiss hotel service industry. The rooms are not large or small, just right, the toilets are a bit small, and the toiletries are a well-known British brand. Because the owner of the hotel loves whiskeys, there is a cabinet for whiskeys in the lobby. Whiskey in the room can be drunk for free, which is a waste for me who does not drink. The breakfast is not many, but it is very exquisite and you can eat it well. Self-driving is not allowed here, there are shuttle buses to the train station, you need to call in advance to book. Several attractions are close.
The hotel swimming pool is also good, although not large, you can swim and watch the mountain view. I will definitely choose here next time. Price is also good.

There is no doubt that I will stay at the W Hotel again when I come to the Verbier Music Festival next year. Breakfast is something I will miss even if I live in other cities during my time in Switzerland. Very delicious. The surrounding environment of w hotel is even more intoxicating. It is very convenient to just go to the cable car. The scenery outside the room window is like a fairyland. The hotel waiters are all smiling and enthusiastic. There are free pick-up and drop-off services at the hotel when you go to nearby places. When I encountered travel and transportation problems, the front desk staff were really enthusiastic and perfect in helping me solve many problems. It was such a great stay that I could only come back again. Ha ha

I was charged for an additional 288 Swiss FR for “additional guest”. when I checked out. only because I did not put My Son’s name when I did the booking, but I booked a twin room and my son naturally stay with me. not to mention he’s my 13 year old son. they can charge me for additional breakfast. That’s totally OK. but additional person for twin room?really? And Main thing I was not told I will be charged when I checked in. That is not fair I will reflect this to Swiss tourism office.
Btw. The staff are 100% good. Very friendly but I am sickened by the strange policy.

This hotel is the best one in my 12-day trip in Switzerland. The details of the hotel are very good. The minibar in the room is free, there is beer bubble water, etc. The room is large and can be used for extra beds. There are some hot foods outside, which are included in the room rate. It is a very careful hotel. There are many things to send, chocolate, special drinks, sweets, etc. Many details can reflect that this is a high-powered hotel, although the hotel is Half-mountain, but it does not affect travel at all. There is a hotel bus transfer to and from the train station, and the hotel has a direct elevator to the foot of the mountain. The elevator is the entrance to the rothorn, very good!

We drove there by ourselves and gave the car keys to the waiter. Our luggage was delivered directly to the room. The car was parked for us and the hotel kept the keys for us. The front desk of the hotel helped upgrade the room, and the bathroom in the room has a steam room. The breakfast in the hotel is also quite good. I’ll come back next time if I have the chance.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very quiet and elegant, although it has a long history but is well equipped and well maintained. The hotel balcony can see the snow-capped mountains and the surrounding scenery is beautiful.
The most worth mentioning is the service! The thoughtful service of the front desk brother makes people feel like a spring breeze and meticulous! During our stay, we experienced a real five-star service! ! Even on our way out of the hotel to Düsseldorf, the front desk brother called to remind me to go to Cologne Cathedral when I passed by.
Great stay experience! Will stay in Switzerland next time! recommend!
