I booked the Hyatt for the Lanzhou Marathon! The hotel is located right at the 16KM mark of the marathon route! On race day, the hotel thoughtfully prepared breakfast, including packed fruit, yogurt, and bread – it was incredibly considerate! The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. Downstairs, you'll find the Waterwheel Park, and it's very close to Zhongshan Bridge and the Reader's Museum. The hotel staff were fantastic; the concierge, restaurant, and fitness center teams were all great. Rita at the front desk was particularly warm and welcoming and recommended some delicious local food. Thank you! I was pleasantly surprised to find that this Hyatt in Lanzhou even has a self-service laundry room!

Haha, they responded to our needs instantly, followed up, and even offered suggestions, making us feel incredibly well-cared for! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we have a layover in Lanzhou! Lanzhou Airport is a high-altitude airport, and my husband was experiencing some mild altitude sickness – dizzy, no appetite, and a bit nauseous. After breakfast, I asked the restaurant staff if they had any remedies for altitude sickness. They immediately helped me inquire and then directed us to the front desk. Ms. Zhao Lina at the front desk asked about my husband's symptoms and provided some helpful solutions! With the hotel's assistance, my husband felt much better. Finally, we even received a follow-up call at the airport checking if his symptoms had eased – truly, thank you so much! The hotel is very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus was very comfortable. All the staff, from the shuttle driver to the front desk and the restaurant, were incredibly friendly. The only minor downside was that the room felt a bit stuffy.

Anna Niu, the Guest Services Manager, was the perfect start to my trip. I chose to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton for its standardized service, but Anna took the service and overall experience to the next level. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've stayed in many hotels, ranging from 600 to 6000 yuan, and while some might have better decor, none have offered service and arrangements as thoughtful as Anna's. I would unhesitatingly recommend this hotel and Anna to all my friends and family. Facilities: The hotel is only 2.5 years old, so all the facilities are quite new. They have washers and dryers, and the gym has three types of cardio machines, a squat rack, and dumbbells – more than enough. Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff were very prompt and maintained high standards of cleanliness. Environment: The location is just right for all the attractions. The furthest taxi ride is no more than 30 [yuan/minutes], usually 10-15 [yuan/minutes].

After half a month of traveling, this is by far the most comfortable place I've stayed. The decor has its own unique style, not like those generic hotels you see everywhere. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the lighting and little trinkets. Plus, all the amenities work perfectly and are super convenient – everything you need is there. The shower has great water pressure, the hairdryer is effective, and the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and bright. It's perfect whether you're relaxing in or heading out to explore. For this price, getting all these perks is truly amazing value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next summer.

This time, we took a road trip and stayed at the NUO Hotel here. The overall service was surprisingly good... I initially thought it would be an older, more dated hotel, but the environment was actually incredibly clean. It's quite impressive how well they maintain such cleanliness. The hotel also has an underground parking garage, which is free and perfect for those driving. The room facilities are very well-maintained, and importantly, the restaurant floor was spotless, not sticky at all, and the tableware on the tables was neat and clean. The hotel's fourth floor connects directly to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The service attitude was also genuinely great – not overly intrusive, but also not neglectful, just perfectly balanced. Plus, the overall room rate was very reasonable. I had a really excellent impression! Hope they keep up the great work!

I have been to many places in the country and stayed in many hotels. This hotel made me dissatisfied in many places. The first is about the breakfast coupon. As a 4th or 5th tier city, I spent nearly 400 yuan to open a large bed room, but only gave me a breakfast coupon. I called to consult, and the explanation was also far-fetched. I had to spend another 58 yuan to buy a breakfast coupon. I had no choice but to spend more than 400 yuan to buy the breakfast coupon in order to have a good rest along the way. The second is to drive to the parking lot. Such a high-end hotel should be considered one of the best hotels in Longnan City. When I arrived at the hotel's ground parking lot, there was no parking space, but no one came to direct the parking of the vehicle. I found that the staff was hiding in the corner squatting on the ground and making their own private phone calls, ignoring the existence of the guests. Third, when registering at the main desk, there were clearly 2 windows for registration, and the 2 staff were crowded together, ignoring the existence of other individual guests. When other registered guests impatiently questioned, the staff slowly asked us to line up at another window to check in, and the work efficiency was also very low. I don’t know if it was caused by unskilled business. Fourth, when we bumped into the housekeeping staff on the floor, no one took the initiative to greet the guests. As a high-star, high-end hotel, the hardware conditions are so good, but the software and management should be improved! Finally, I would like to add that the water in the public area on the ground should be cleaned up in time, otherwise the guests would fall and it would be bad for everyone!

There's also an airport shuttle stop right outside. **Service:** The extra bed price was reasonable, and it came with a full set of amenities like toothbrushes, slippers, and towels, without even needing to ask. The service and reception staff were always helpful and answered all our questions without being overly intrusive. Housekeeping was discreet, ensuring daily cleaning and replenishment of items, and always responded promptly to requests. They also thoughtfully provided fresh fruit daily. **Front Desk:** I had pre-communicated about a specific booking detail, and the service was spot on. The pricing was clearly and transparently communicated during checkout. Overall, the service staff are highly professional. There were no hidden fees, and the pricing was transparent and reasonable. They maintained a respectful distance from guests – no prying, idle chatter, or clustering – truly demonstrating their commitment to their work and reflecting the high standard of hotel management. The facilities and service overall were very thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have stayed here. The room is very spacious. Although it is an old hotel, I can feel the quality of the decoration and the facilities are complete. The hotel is very large, and the greenery, water system, pavilions and towers are all very beautiful. It is like living in a big park. It is a good choice for travel and leisure. It is very close to Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area, less than ten minutes' drive. We climbed Kongtong Mountain on the first day and brought the elderly with us. It rained on the second day. Just walk around the hotel and go to the swimming pool for free. The elderly had a lot of fun and were not tired. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the scenery, drank tea and chatted on the terrace of the room, and went to the restaurant to eat delicious hand-pulled lamb in the evening. The service staff are very enthusiastic, especially the Xiao Li team in the guest room building No. 5, who made us really feel what it means to feel at home. Thank you very much.
