5-Star Hotels in Community Of Madrid, Spain

Comfortable bed to sleep in but the framing jutted out, which we did bump into. The AC, tv, and fridge worked well. The hotel's facilities were good. Excellent restaurant and bar. Each floor was designed differently, which was interesting to see. The room itself was a bit stylish but not so practical. I was a bit scared the toilet was going to come off the wall every time I used it. The glass door for the shower did not close all the way. The lighting for the bathroom mirror was not great, so applying makeup was an issue. Hair dryer was bad, so we didn't use it.

Great experience at the Palace. Even if I only stayed one night, it was very pleasant. Location is great and the hotel has all the amenities you could need. The staff is friendly and the room is amazing 100% will return

I frequently stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The room facilities and hotel service are both excellent. However, there's ongoing road construction right outside, which might slightly affect the environment. The hotel is ideal for those traveling by car, as it's a bit far from the subway station.

The rooms were absolutely enormous, truly living up to its name as a suite hotel. It's a bit of a distance from the city center, but there's a fantastic large supermarket nearby that has everything you could possibly need. Breakfast is €20 per person. Parking is complimentary, and you use your room key card for entry and exit.

We were traveling through Madrid over our anniversary and had a lovely stay at the Barceló! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Although the breakfast felt a little overpriced, it had a good selection of options (even some gluten free items!). We didn’t get a chance to get in the pool, but my husband loved the sauna. Overall the hotel is located in a very convenient area and was easily walkable to the metro along with many other shops and restaurants. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and we had a wonderful stay. Would stay again!

Close to station and metro… welcoming, clean, relaxing and spacious room… simple while nice breakfast… except there was a mosquito in the bathroom which could be acceptable being next to a site opposite…. Highly recommended if the rate could be more attractive… Will check in again next round

You can go everywhere by walk. Location is almost center of Madrid. And it has very nice RoofTop. All personal is so friendly. You’ll feel yourself like you stay with your friends. I recomment the hotel for everyone. Y ya echo de menos la sonrisa de María!

The Four Seasons Hotel in Madrid is in a very good location. It is next to Starbucks and has all kinds of food and beverage. It is next door to Hermes and other brands. The whole hotel is very new, and the room layout is very good. It is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is also spacious and bright. The lobby is elegant and has the boldness of Spain, and it is magnificent. The breakfast is average, with too few choices. But it is nice to sit outdoors and enjoy the scenery. The enthusiasm of the waiters is also limited... It is just average. This is the only regret... In short, if you only consider the living comfort, you will still choose the Four Seasons. The room will not go wrong.

The toiletries smell very good, and the design of the wine cabinet is also very beautiful. The check-in gift is a bottle of olive oil. The room is very soundproof, and you can hardly hear any sound in the corridor. The hotel itself is very perfect. The only disadvantage is that the hotel is located in the city center. In fact, the surrounding environment is quite chaotic. A large number of tourists are mixed with thieves and black brothers. At night, the black brothers stand at the entrance of those alleys. I don't know what they are doing. I don't dare to walk over. It is recommended that everyone take a taxi when traveling, don't save this money, mainly because Asian faces are too easy to become their targets.
