5-Star Hotels in Chu, Kyrgyzstan

The value for money isn't great, as the price is a bit high. It's an older building, but it's considered one of the best in Bishkek. Being in the same building as a mall is pretty convenient.

The Novotel Bishkek City Center is easily one of the top international chain hotels in the area. Its location is absolutely superb – you can walk to the city center's shopping district and parks, and there are plenty of currency exchange spots right on the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The entire building is brand new and modern. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have no strange odors. All the bathroom and office facilities are comprehensive, and the WiFi is stable and fast. The staff are fluent in English, and their service is warm and efficient. The hotel also boasts an indoor pool, gym, and spa, perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, covering Western, Chinese, and local dishes. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a full menu of Western and Central Asian cuisine. This is definitely my top choice for business or leisure trips to Bishkek, and I'll be staying here again.

great service. it's my second time staying this hotel, my wife and daughter came with me, hotel offered an extra bed for free,which should be 25usd. though we didn't need it. really appreciated!!

Excellent hotel. Delicious breakfasts with a great variety of fruits. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spotless. The outdoor pool in summer is absolutely fantastic. The staff are very friendly. There are two restaurants operating within the building.

не понравился отель, вид что в одну сторону что в другую никакую, рядом с отелем стоит генератор дизельный, который гудит ночью и мешает спать, номера старые! завтра плохой - есть нечего, бассейн маленький - разочарован

The hotel's location is great, and the decor uses quality materials. You can see the snow-capped mountains directly from the window. It's run by Chinese owners, so the service is excellent. The breakfast is also quite good. There's a nice Western restaurant downstairs that you can access directly from the lobby on the ground floor. Definitely recommend it.

It is one of the few five-star hotels in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. It is located on the south ring road and is about 4 km from the hotel to the city center. From the hotel, you can easily reach the scenic spots such as Snow Mountain Park on the outskirts of the city. There are Chinese restaurants and hypermarkets not far from the hotel. Shopping and eating are very convenient.

This is a new hotel, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. They offer Chinese-speaking staff and a Chinese breakfast, which is really great and convenient for a Chinese traveler. Nona at the front desk was very enthusiastic and spoke excellent Chinese, so communication was seamless. It'll be my top choice for my next trip.
