Beautiful resort. Room was clean and modern. However on check in was told there was an $80 resort fee for use of the pool. This was not disclosed when booked the room. If it had not been so late when we arrived I would have refused to pay it and went elsewhere. After a 12 hour drive we were too tired to look for another hotel.
This hotel was great. The manager/owner knows what he’s doing and the rooms are comfortable, if a bit small. The grounds are lovely and the location is perfect! You are within five minutes of some great places to eat and a few more minutes to the lake.
Clean Hotel and very nice room with 2 double beds. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. I loved how they kept their coffee carafes in the lobby full and serviced all day long! I didn't stay for breakfast but I can imagine it was great also. I dont travel alot and hadn't stayed in a Best Western in years but I definitely will again. In my opinion 5 stars.
The location is on the Cornell West campus. It is very convenient to go to the school. It takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk to the facilities of the college town room. It feels a good experience to live in the student apartment. The front desk is very warm.
It is a brand new hotel with pure American design. The two-story building room is large and the bed is large. The bathroom is big enough. There is also a huge refrigerator in the room. Microwave. There is a hand wash sink. Parking is free. It is the best choice in this town. There is a KFC or McDonald's behind the hotel? The road is across from a small shopping mall, with everything, you can buy fruit and ice cream. The old town center of the town has to drive for a few minutes, but it is currently being repaired and there is no one in sight.
Bring breakfast and it's cheap. Received 100 coupons. In addition to the hotel near the Great Falls, which is very close to the scenic spot, the other locations are almost the same, and you have to drive to the scenic spot. There is a large Wal-Mart supermarket nearby.

GGuest UserThis is your no frills place for a place to lay your head. It was relatively clean, had all the necessary amenities, adequate breakfast, housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again. It gets the job done a peaceful rest without breaking the bank. The room had a slight odor not sure what it was but maybe they should do a deep clean to all the rooms and bathrooms. It could be just the one I was in. The toilet seat wasn’t cleaned that well but I survived.
LLIThe hotel looks old, but it is well maintained and belongs to the HILTON hotel. The room has no way to open the window, it is a bit wet. The hotel front desk Xiaohe is quite willing to chat. It was very convenient to book the airport where Red Dot’s car went.
WWanderlusts3Very nice hotel, clean and appreciate the free airport pick up.
Would have been helpful if the team proactively told us that morning airport drop-offs had to be booked in advance, we had to book our own paid transfers. I’ve stayed in other airport hotels in the neighbourhood and did not face this challenge with them last minute.
One particular lady at the desk - would not name her but could be a bit more courteous and make eye contact when we speak, at times it was like speaking to a robot.
If I said too much I apologise, but it’s important!
Thanks and good luck!

GGuest UserThe hotel is neat and clean. The atmosphere of the environment is nice. I would have visited so many places but it's so cold. it has free breakfast but no gym room. You can still take a stroll down the street if you want to exercise. I will stay here again if I visit NYC. There's no parking lot if you rent a car. It has street parking lot.
GGaryNYHKThe hotel is located in the second last stop in the southwest tip of Brooklyn, so it is far away from downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan. It’s certainly not a neighbourhood hotel, but one for international travellers mostly, given the quality of the international brand Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG). It’s worth staying if one can get a good deal/price. Otherwise, one should simply choose the similar IHG hotel in Manhattan…
GGuest UserRoom was spotless and smelled good when we walked in. Carpet was clean. Bed was super comfortable with crisp clean sheets. Stayed an extra 2 days!
FFrmNYCGlobetrotterStayed here before and usually book a deluxe room cuz it’s slightly more updated than the other rooms. Howvever this past week with temperatures over 100 degrees and heat advisory I was given a room with AC unit that didn’t work propoerly and the window the AC unit was anchored to had the top window slightly opened. And because the entire window and its frame and where the window met the wall was painted over the window couldn’t be moved to close it was essentially stuck open. So what little cool air the AC unit did make had no affect due to cool air escalating out the open window that couldn’t be shut. Plus why not clean the ac filter To make them work properly?
