GGuest UserA beautiful room but experienced a number of disappointments. Hotel guests must pay a supplement daily charge to use the swimming pools AND book at designated time slot. I have NEVER experienced this at any hotel anywhere in the world. I was in a premium room, but this policy applies to all guests, which I think is awful. It was also impossible to get a spa appointment during my stay. Zero preference given to hotel guests. I strongly suggest you book spa treatments at least a week in advance of your arrival. Also, there is no turndown service, unusual for a highly priced 5* hotel. Housekeeping also finishes very early, or isn’t interested in guests who don’t align with their schedule. I had to work in my room but left at 2:45pm and it was not cleaned despite signalling the room needed making up. The reception team were polite, but chaotic. Generally, the hotel restaurants seem more focused on catering to outside guests, which is a shame.

GGuest UserA good choice in the morning. The brown cheese is a Norwegian specialty. You can try it. The area is not big, but overall there are many categories to choose from. But the charging socket is broken. You can choose other hotels at this price.

AAmanda GaoThe hotel is located in a bustling area, making it convenient for getting around, especially suitable for people who want to shop. The hotel's overall decoration style is quite magnificent. I was very fortunate to meet a first lady who was also staying at the hotel when I checked in!

Having just come from Copenhagen, the experience here was a significant step up. The lobby boasts a classic style, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and all staff proactively greeted guests. It's conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and major attractions.

In Europe, where walking is practically the main mode of transportation, hotel location is crucial, saving time, energy, and transportation costs.
