5-Star Hotels in Governorate of Muscat, Oman

I had such a lovely stay at Sheraton Oman. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. One of my favorite things in the room was the coffee machine. I used it every day for my coffee break and absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with so many options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. It was the perfect start to each day. The pool really stood out too - spacious, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

Excellent service and a truly premium experience at JW Marriott Muscat. The staff was attentive at Kitchen 7 (big shout out to Yuni, Naveen, Saad, Ashiqul, Pankaj and other staff) throughout the stay, constantly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Breakfast spread was fantastic. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The only downside is the location. While it's close to the airport, it's far from most city attractions. Also, regular taxis aren’t available; only luxury cars serve the hotel, which can cost 3x the usual fare. Still, a great stay overall.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff overall very friendly and helpful. Despite the location near the airport, absolutely quiet and without any noise from airport or traffic. Swimming pool in excellent condition. 15 minutes drive to center of Muscat. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for three nights, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was rich and varied, and we were surprised to have three dozen fish and monkey peaches. The elevator leads to Grand Mall, which has supermarkets and restaurants, clothing, etc. Every waiter is very warm and thoughtful. But the taxi outside the hotel is twice as expensive as the taxi downstairs, which brings us inconvenience. Breakfast number one

Amazing time spent at the Ritz. Feeling like royalty as you step in as it was previously the Sultan’s palace. After a day of adventuring you feel as you’ve entered a haven of peace. The staff was helpful, elegant, and really trying to satisfy every need. They also have one of the best Chinese gastronomic restaurants I have tasted. My favorite amenities were available as they are supplied by Diptyque. Last but not least the location takes your breath away, from the poolside and beachside.

Decent hotel, rooms were big for nothing really cheap and plain decor fake marble tiles room interior was not matching the hotel price or downstairs lobby, for the price of hotel all amenities and mini bar was chargeable also price of breakfast was not worth the money, the dressing table was a joke unusable plugs socket on dressing table, huge construction site outside the hotel only attraction was the 5 star restaurants on site keep your wallets loaded 😉

I would give 10 starts to this hotel if I could. So clean, so new, everything is amazing. Workers are so nice and helpful. Steakhouse at the first floor is a cherry on the top. Swimming pool and jacuzzi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In general, it is quite good. The hotel is located in a shopping mall, on the seventh floor, there is a lounge, the supply is also OK, the absolute speed of the internet is also OK, and the latency is relatively stable.

The decor is amazing and the staff are very helpful and courteous. It's a top hotel. There are several chain restaurants in this area, but the transportation is not very convenient and there are not many shops nearby.

The modern equipment of the whole hotel is still good. At the beginning, there will be a big difference in design compared with the W Hotel. After going up, it is still good overall. It also reflects the country's emphasis on tourism, the possibility of the development of the hotel industry and the surrounding serviced apartment projects. There are very few Chinese people. Oman is a visa-free country. From the overall feeling of entry, it is still very modern and good. Although there is a so-called special channel for tipping when entering the country, 10 Omani currency, if you take a taxi, you can not go to the reservation counter at the exit of the arrival hall to call. After exiting the exit, the taxi entrance is still good.
