Food options at breakfast and dinner were decent. We are glad we went for the half board option. Desserts were really nice. Free access to indoor heated pools were really good and jacuzzi. Great view from our bedroom with two balconies. ATM and money exchange was available at the hotel. Corner shops and food shops also nearby. Evening entertainment bit loud. Beautiful view of seafront and walkable to beach with unlimited drinks. Spacious rooms and quiet. Sadly bedsheets were dirty did request for them to be changed but were still bubbly and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Pillows were too soft. Carpets a bit run down in hotel and smell of cigarettes in corridors. Requested iron three times and didnt get it till next day. Any additional water bottles for the room we were told had an extra charge. Decent hotel for a short stay.

The room was of star standard, with a double bed and a sofa, and the environment was also good, with a swimming pool and a rest area that were very elegant. However, the toilet in the bathroom had a strong odor, and there was no mineral water, slippers, or a kettle in the room. For some reason, there was a concert in the lobby at night? The music was too loud and lasted until 10:30 pm, so I couldn't fall asleep.

Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

The hotel is quiet and relaxing, ideal for relaxing. The overflowing pool is beautiful, the private beach is well maintained, and the spa centre is very professional, with quality care in a calm atmosphere. The Fell room is a little disappointing compared to the rest of the hotel, and the international restaurant is still medium, without great originality. In general, it is a beautiful address for a relaxing stay, despite some perfectible points.

Hotel suite space design is reasonable, hotel activities are many, indoor and outdoor swimming pool water amusement projects are rich, food is freshly made, rich in variety, and especially in line with the children's habits, the beach is clean and close to the hotel, Tunisia's most valuable hotel, recommended 👍

I recently stayed at Hotel Tui Magic Life during a business trip and I was extremely pleased with my experience. This hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city centre and offers easy access to the main tourist attractions and business districts. The hotel's facilities are modern and well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing repairing sleep nights after long working days. The reception staff were warm, professional and always ready to answer my requests. The room service was quick and efficient, and the restaurant staff were careful at my needs during meals. The hotel also offers a range of facilities and services to make the stay even more pleasant, including a well-equipped sports room, a relaxing spa and a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options for all tastes. In general, my stay at the Hotel was fantastic and I strongly recommend it to all those who are looking for a quality accommodation when visiting the region.

Good location. Hotel clean and staff at the reception excellent and easygoing, always with a smile and kindness. Massage also incredible. Food could be a bit better, everything else was perfect!
