We simply ask you to treat our home with respect and leave it the way you found it. We'd love to have you as our guest and are excited to share this haven with you!All bookings and inquiries must accurately reflect the total number of guests, with a strict limit of 15 people on the property at any time. This total includes all registered guests as well as any visitors stopping by, and substitutions are not permitted. The 15 individuals you designate to stay or visit are the only guests allowed on the property. Events, parties and commercial photography/videography are strictly prohibited without permission.Please review these house rules in consideration to booking as there are some exclusions:-No smoking allowed inside the house.
