Very nice home ! Room, breakfast of good standard!
I regret my bad experience with a taxi near the hotel, which I found aggressive!
But OK ! They are not all the same!
I recommend this hotel!
Probably the best Mövenpick in the whole of Tunisia.
From check-in to breakfast, room service to check out; all the staff really amazed me by their amazing willingness to help.
Khadija at check-in, special thanks to the awesome service we received from you and your Bell service staff.
Really amazing.
Ameneties are lightyear ahead of the mövenpick in sousse which really needs to be looked at and upgraded.
The service was outstanding. Four Seasons class, plus. Facilities also excellent. Big outdoor pool, and nice sized indoor pool, gym, and spa. Three places to eat at the hotel. Plus, private tours of Tunis offered at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
The Residence Tunis
My stay at The Residence Tunis was simply exceptional. Nestled along the Mediterranean, this hotel seamlessly blends traditional Tunisian charm with modern luxury. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and offer stunning sea views. Dining is a delight with a variety of exquisite options, especially the fresh seafood at L’Olivier. The Thalasso Spa provides an unparalleled relaxation experience, and the attentive staff ensure every need is met with a smile. Whether lounging by the infinity pool or exploring the private beach, every moment here is pure bliss. Highly recommend for a luxurious retreat.

The typical high-quality hotel is worthy of praise. The Ctrip booking is actually a little cheaper, and the hotel facilities are all very good. Finally, I would like to extend my cordial greetings to the family members of Ctrip's ticket reservation department: You have stolen the flight I ordered for the red-eye flight, which caused my child to go home at two or three in the morning. Instead of being shy, I refused to admit my mistake and asked me to do it myself. Undertake to change the business class of more than 4,000 yuan, or change the long transit flight and bear all the cost of the change. Ctrip has changed the popular flight to Red Eye. It is already a recidivist. I didn’t expect to be a super member. I also enjoyed the telephone communication to half the tone and hang up the phone. I hope that the CAAC and China Southern Airlines can punish this punishment. Shop big bully ticket agent! ! !

The hotel is in a very good location, with convenient transportation. It is very close to the old city of Medina and not far from the surrounding attractions. There are many businesses around the hotel, which is suitable for tourists to deeply experience the real life of local people. The hotel service is good, and the overall aura is still there. There are fewer breakfast varieties, and the room facilities are a bit old. It depends on personal experience. It is recommended for friends who come to Tunisia for the first time to choose to stay.
The environment of this hotel is still very good, just by the sea, the sea view room, the balcony is very beautiful, the facilities in the room are also good, the hotel is relatively new, but the service is really powerless, when the pool is resting I borrowed a lighter from the waiter and said that I wouldn’t borrow if I didn’t consume the food. I really felt funny!

SScorpionmadeThe hotel is well located by the beach, which is what I was looking for, but it wasn’t as clean as I was hoping for. The majority of staff are friendly and welcoming. I had a relaxing time here and I would come back again. I have to say, the Thai restaurant there is amazing! They have authentic Thai food and great service. I was there two nights in a row. And also a nice selection of food for breakfast!
Great experience!
Cold feedback, would be to keep the 5 stars standard at all times.

LLucioSThe room was spacious, although a bit dated, it was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, with options to enjoy. While the location was slightly away from the city center, there was a lovely restaurant nearby offering tasty meals. The bar was also a great spot to relax.Overall, a pleasant stay!
