Fantastic hotel! Around 11 AM, just before I left, I received a call asking for my arrival time so they could arrange a pick-up. I told them I was driving from Sichuan and wouldn't arrive until after 7 PM. They also informed me that my booked room faced the street, with a construction site across the road building until 10 PM. However, the soundproofing was actually quite good, so it didn't really bother me. When checking in, I asked if I could get a little extra time for parking, and they immediately gave me two days, even though I was only staying one night. Next time I'm in the area, this will be my first choice!

Excellent, excellent! My parents were very happy with their stay. It's super close to the scenic area, only about 400 meters to the entrance. The owner even offers pick-up and drop-off service to the station. The room was spacious, and breakfast was a nice 'nine-grid' selection.

Excellent hotel for a stay in Fenghuang ! It is possible to profit from all attractions of the town while not being too strongly exposed to the noises of bars (relatively), in addition it is stylish and even tea is offered so you can make it on the terrace. We liked the experience.

I want to take a moment here to describe one of my best moments with the staff from this establishment. Not only this place is located neitherly next to the fall for the best view; but they were always there to provide mewith the best care I also never experienced before from giving me a private tour around from themselves willingness, give me free liquor or drinks even if I didn’t want to some time.🤗. I got dressed up from his brothers shop; for me was an honour to be like having their cultural outfit for the day, show me the best restaurants around to taste the rich flavours of the region. And off course the incredible view at night from my balcony is unbelievable. This pale can receive sigle, couple and families. The room are rusting and very warm. It’s for me a 5 stars of the personality of the place and base on luxury. You won’t regret it! 👍🏼💝🙏

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with planning activities and handling bookings. They were consistently responsive to all our enquiries, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The location was exactly as described—peacefully situated near the forest, offering a relaxing and natural setting. One area for improvement would be the availability of more vegetarian-friendly food options. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely book here again when revisiting the area.

What a wonderful hotel! The room was clean, beautiful and had all the amenities you would need. The bed is very comfortable and the shower was very nice. We used the laundry service which was very useful and very quick! The staff were very helpful and kind. The service provided by the front desk staff (Xiao Yu) was excellent, the room was very nice, and the overall experience was extremely satisfying. The room is located close to the city center, and the experience was excellent. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back to this hotel next time

The hotel was very close to the center and had an amazing view (river, bridge and even a show). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was also very kind, he came to pick us up and carried our luggage to the hotel and called us a taxi (didi is not available in Fenghuang). The only downside is that something was leaking in the bathroom so the floors were wet (but that did not bother us) and some things weren't clean (the bedside lamp had so much dust and we found a hair on the mattress).

Will choose here again next time. 3. High-end hardware, meticulous cleanliness, rich and delicious breakfast. A comfortable stay throughout, great value for money. II. Detailed and heartfelt style (with photos/text, in-depth review) 1. This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's overall decor is grand and luxurious, with a stylish lobby. The room was spacious and well-lit, with every corner impeccably clean. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the sound insulation was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep every night. The staff provided attentive and courteous service, and check-in/check-out was efficient and quick. The buffet breakfast featured fresh ingredients, a rich variety, and superb taste. The facilities were also comprehensive, making travel convenient. Definitely five-star quality, my top choice for accommodation! 2. Worthy of a five-star hotel. From check-in to check-out, I felt the utmost sincerity throughout. The room layout was well-designed, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and complete amenities. The service was meticulous and attentive, with all requests promptly addressed.

Great stay! The hotel is super close to the subway, making it really convenient to get to all the attractions. We were on a 'special forces' trip for the Dragon Boat Festival, and the first two days were non-stop walking until the early hours. Having a bathtub to soak in really helped us recover and be ready for another day of exploration. The only downside was the breakfast; it wasn't great on the first day, so we opted for takeout the next. Luckily, they have a little robot that delivers food right to your door, which was incredibly handy. We tried all the delicious food and drinks recommended on Xiaohongshu – definitely a worthwhile trip!

Fantastic stay with unbeatable service! We had an amazing time at Valley Love Holiday Home. The location is absolutely perfect, making it super easy to get around and explore. Beyond the great spot, the hotel just has really good vibes- it felt incredibly welcoming and comfortable the moment we walked in. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to help us figure out our itinerary around Zhangjiajie. Their local tips and hands-on assistance made navigating the area so much smoother and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Highly recommend staying here.
