RRodrigoA very good and convenient location with unstandingly friendly and helpful staff. The room, however, is just what you need as even toilet paper has to be asked for at the reception. I’d say you get what you pay for.

XXicoFuimos con mi mujer por el carnaval y el hotel sin duda que te lleva de una a viver el carnaval de Barranquilla. Música y animación durante los desayunos, el personal con su maquillaje carnavalesco todo muy bien. Hotel limpo, personal simpático, lo único que podrían intentar mejorar sería el desayuno que no tiene mucha variedad. Para alguien que se quede más de dos noches (que fue lo que paso con nosotros) el desayuno es siempre igual. Pero sin duda que regressaríamos.

GGuest UserCheck in was super slow, just 1 person at reception made checking in a big waste of time. The room was ok, a bit dated already. The water from the shower took ages to be hot and sometimes it didnt even went very hot. Breakfast was ok, not Amazing but had most of what youd expect although the restaurant itself had zero ambience, same as the lobby, not a nice place. big plain simple areas. Nothing alusive to the country.. or the city or the culture.. sad place. Bed was good and pillows also. Mini bar was well stuffed.

FFredLovely hôtel, sweetly designed, breakfast tend to be smaller than the usual buffet, but I think it is better quality. only 4/5 on cleaness because there could have been a little more vaccum in the room but nothing disturbing. Bed are very very clean and the room as well overall. Aircon doesn’t smell.

AAngel M. D’ la RosaI had a great stay, better than I expected. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The service and the breakfast was top of the line service. I approached anything with an open mind, I truly recommend this hotel and would stay here again, the location was perfect.

BBienvenido Ávila GonzálezIt is not my first time in the hotel. The staff incredibly attentive and pleasant. The boys of restaurant always with a smile make you feel confident. I give them a 10 Special mention of the reception boys! ALAN AND MELANIE. Very. Professional, and they helped me very much! I hope to see them there always! I had a horrible experience with the washing service which was amazingly expensive, and for the first time they broke my clothes because they shouldn't put it in a dryer or wash it in hot water. The manager, Mr. Félix Marrugo, was very pleasant to offer a solution. In summary, the hotel is generally excellent !
