The breakfast was buffet and had lots of choices to pick from.
The apt had a full-size fridge! It also had two TVs (one in bedroom) and onsite free parking

Amazing location. It has both an outdoor and indoor pool.
The gym is sort of small for the size of the hotel but enough equipment for a decent workout. The bar prices are quite good actually, cheaper than most beach bars outside the hotel.
There's easy and direct access (walking distance) to a small cove where you can swim and snorkel
The views from the rooms with sea view are just amazing

Not sure if the stay was worth the price. Highlights were the pool and a great view of the water. The food was ok, but the dinner was not worth it. There was a large cockroach in the suite kitchen which housekeeping addressed when alerted.

Overall a lovely stay. A very clean hotel with some good facilites. The desserts were amazing and the food was well cooked.
A few things would have improved the stay further:
Pads on the bottom of the wooden chairs in the dining room- the scraping noise was awful as they were pulled out from, or pushed into the table.
There was too much single use plastic used,eg at the bars etc
The food could have been more varied.
These are simple things that would add quality to the hotel

The staff was very flexible with every request/need we had, including a very generous late check out. The meals were very diverse, although not 'high end'.
The beach is very convenient, in a 'private' bay..

GGuest UserThe property is perfectly located in Phapos. Just a 5-minute walk to one of the main attractions (Tomb of the Kings). There are plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking, and also a mall at about 20-25 minutes walk. The hotel was fairly clean but lacked some room amenities (considering it's a 4 star). The property is old because of which there were stains and marks on the walls. Breakfast was also fine, nothing great! Overall, fine for a short stay.

Spacious room, great location, beautiful compound and design (as long as you donโt get one of those side rooms that faces the back of a building or the carpark). Wide range of selection for breakfast.
Itโs weird that the carpark is a little further away and youโre supposed to call a number at the gate every time for them to open for you. They said itโs toll free but I doubt itโs free for an international line. I donโt know who would spend international calling rate to call the number as most people uses esim today. The way they challenged me and say โwhy donโt you just callโ and insisted it was free just made me feel very disappointed. Thereโs also no refill of the roomโs coffee station (itโs chargeable)- I guess itโs because they call themselves a suite/ service apartment. There were a few other examples of mediocre services: not deal breaker but could have been better.
Overall I would say it is good value for money given the spacious and beautiful room, so simply donโt place too much emphasis and expectations on service then youโll be fine.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was very good, in a central location within walking distance of the harbour. The rooms were adequate, and were very clean. A few maintenance issues here and there but they were dealt with promptly which was good to see. The facilities were excellent, with the pools both indoor and outdoor being a useable temperature during the winter months. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserWe booked a Xmas break. The hotel had really made an effort to look after children and adults. Simple entertainment throughout the festive programme including quizzes and other activities. Children well catered for including a visit from Santa. Really good tasty food and exceptional Christmas Eve and Christmas Day buffets. Staff worked hard. We asked for a quiet room which we got. Very nice room and comfy bed.
