A good stay at this Nairn hotel. It was further from Inverness than we expected but that was no big problem as Nairn is such a nice little town to explore so the hotel ended up being perfect. Clean, good service and with a welcoming smile from a great reception desk. It is a bit creaky but once everyone had settled down I had a decent sleep and the breakfast was excellent. Thank you.

When I got to the hotel, I was asked to pay a little bit more than what was advised by trip.com, but every penny was worth it!
Location is great, staff are very friendly and welcoming, the room was absolutely fantastic, and the full Scottish breakfast was generous and tasty. The only disappointment was I couldn't get a bath because the bathtub obturating plug didn't work properly. However, the overall experience was good. Thank you!
The all-inclusive resort hotel is convenient for skiing, but the rooms are relatively old, the resort facilities are very good, and the service staff are busy and almost hard to contact
The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The lake is right outside the room, a great place to watch the sunrise and sunset. The scenery is breathtaking. There's a large supermarket just a 10-minute drive away, so you can buy groceries and cook them yourself. It's a great place to spend the holiday!
A warm hotel like home, everything is like returning home, not only the tableware is complete, but also the food is provided, and there is no problem with the food for a few days. Dryer washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, nothing unexpected. Like this hotel đ Sitting in the yard after dinner and watching the stars
On the northern route of NC500
If you go in the clockwise direction, you can rest without going in Thurso.
Dinner is best booked in advance.
Because they only have fixed-time dinner options.

GGuest UserHad a lovely last minute stay. Â Room was perfect.Â
We used the pool this morning and the guy who was working was so friendly made out stay.
ëŹëŹëžìĄIt is far from the city center, but I think it is the best hotel for renting a car and traveling. I will use the hotel next time I visit Highland. It is also good value for money.
FFANGHotel location is very good, directly opposite is the main attractions castle, Loch Ness flows through the hotel entrance, walk around, pleasant scenery, breakfast, rooms are large, health is good, clean, there is a Michelin restaurant next to the hotel , But book in advance
GGuest UserThe hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Top range 3 star at best. The room was clean. It was advertised as a king sized bed, however putting 2 single beds together is very misleading.
The Italian restaurant, the staff are nice but the service is very very slow. Took me an hour to get food. The location is ideal. The sports centre is good and spacious. The pool is good fun. The gym needs a complete modernisation program. Not enough equipment and in a very small room. The sports centre could utiltse space more effectively and have a state of the art gym in the other bigger rooms. It would be used well, however this is sadly not the case. I will return and use this hotel in the future. The price is not cheep and if your expecting Hilton quality then this is not the hotel for you.
GGuest UserEvening event dinner was at best poor. Starter which should have been hot was cold, main course just warm, the desert had run out by the time our table was served.Â
The hotel toilets were in need of an attendant checking regularly .Â
We ended up laughing about it with references to faulty towers.Â
However our room was beautiful, clean, well presented, the bed was very comfortable. Â We had a great night sleep.Â
At breckfast the arm of my chair was loose and lifted up when I would go to move my chair in/out from the table. Â When I was looking around the continental breckfast counter I could hear a male member of the kitchen staff shouting and swearing using the F word, not at all what I expected from any Hotel.Â
Lasting impression I would not rush back.
Bbwr19A very well situated hotel right in the centre of Inverness and just a few minutes walk from the central train station. Surrounding the hotel are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops which is great and youâre also very close to the bus station for taking trips out of town. The room was basic and a little bit tired (some dents and scratches, frayed carpet) but otherwise was clean and tastefully decorated with basic amenities like a kettle, hair dryer, tea bags, a large TV, so on. We were facing the main road so on Saturday evening it was quite loud but the reception desk provided us with ear plugs upon request which were more than adequate. We would come back to this hotel again next time weâre in Inverness.
蔔蔔ćšć€§éäžz16The environment is beautiful, located by the lake, the service is first-class, the hotel is very cost-effective, the Scottish sister-in-law in the restaurant can tell jokes, the cooking skills are first-class, pure Scottish cuisine, and the main dish is recommended for the main dish, Scotch lamb shank.
GGongfuxiaohaierIâm so happy to have stayed at AC Inverness! My friend and I were very satisfied with our stayâthe room was comfortable, and the cost-performance ratio was great. One experience that left a deep impression on me happened when we were about to leave. We were in a rush to catch a bus and very hungry, so we bought some quick meals from a nearby convenience store but had no way to heat. I went to the hotel bar on the first floor for help and met Ismail, a staff member (an elderly gentleman). He was incredibly kind and helped us heat our food. He even worried that we didnât have utensils and provided them for us. I was truly touched by his kindness. Encounters like this while traveling far from home are incredibly heartwarming. Thank you so much, Ismail! I will definitely stay at AC Inverness again next time and will recommend it to my friends.
CCaroline028We had a fantastic stay at Kingsmill Hotel. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the golf course which was beautiful. The bathroom was cleaned perfectly with no dust or mould. The kingside bed was huge and very comfortable. We would stay again.
