4-Star Hotels in Shimane Prefecture, Japan

The hotel is located by Lake Shinji. Some rooms have lake views. The hotel lobby is very large, the facilities are new and clean, the staff have good service, the parking lot is large, and the twin rooms have enough space. However, the wash basin is located in the corridor, which makes it noisy. Wake up the family. There is also room for improvement in breakfast.

Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

It was a great experience, very much like a budget Japanese inn, with tatami floors throughout the building, a natural hot spring on the rooftop where you can soak in the hot spring and watch the stars and the night view, free massage chairs that were great, and a variety of free food. The last entry for breakfast is at 9:00, so remember to get up early for breakfast. You need to queue up to enter at 7:00 on Saturday morning. I like the homemade seafood bowl and all-you-can-eat crabs the most. Every dish is very Japanese and the fruits are very sweet. The hotel is affordable and I would like to stay in the same group of hotels again if I have the chance.

The room has a courtyard and open-air private soup, large in size, complete equipment, clean and very comfortable. The hot spring has two public soups, five private soups, plus two private soups in the room, the light hot springs are full of fun, but unfortunately the hot springs are circular filtered, and the chlorine gas tastes a bit heavy. The meal was bad, and the waiter didn't speak English or Chinese, the translator was not sensitive, and the communication when ordering was a complete disaster.

very nice! There is a Family Mart nearby and it is a short walk to Izumo Taisha Shrine and the Izumo Historical Museum! The receptionist was very nice. Dinner and breakfast were all buffets. They were delicious. The hot springs were very comfortable. However, there were too many people and I didn’t have the chance to soak in a private hot spring. There were also free ramen and kimono rentals. It was a good choice to go to Izumo Taisha Shrine~ It’s close to the Izumo tram station. It’s a little far away from the main shrine but the road is quite easy to walk!

Very pleasantly surprised, the room was very comfortable, the sea was outside the floor-to-ceiling window, the private soup pool was great to watch the sunset, and the minibar was free in the first round and the local sake was delivered. The dinner was great and the price was right. But there are 8 rooms that are not very good for weekends and need to be early in advance. Since there is nothing to eat nearby, it is best to book dinner on the official website, and you can make a rice ball to take away after eating rice. The breakfast is also very generous, it is Japanese style, and it is very full. The station is inconvenient to the hotel. It is best to rent a car at Izumo Station. If you take JR to Oda, you can taxi but it is difficult to take a taxi. You can let the hotel help you book a taxi.

A great hot spring hotel, right next to Izumo Taisha Shrine. There are many restaurants around, but they are all closed at night. The hotel's courtyard is exquisite, the hot springs are average, and the food is average. The best thing is the location and courtyard. It is an old building and the service is good.

The view from the room was very good and the meal was very delicious in the morning and evening. I think it would be nice to be able to buy night meals and sake because there was no convenience store nearby. (There are some)

「Rakuten STAY 出雲」に、神在月に宿泊しました。建物・設備ともにとてもきれいで、快適に過ごせました。 今回は7名で2棟を利用し、出雲大社にも徒歩圏内でアクセスでき、立地面も大変便利でした。 ただ、仲間の1名が Apple Watch を置き忘れてしまい、問い合わせた際には「見当たらない」とのご連絡でした。 その後、端末の位置情報を確認したところ、一度は宿泊先にあった位置情報が、しばらくして民家付近に移動していたため、再度状況をお伝えしたところ、 「探してみます」とのご返答ののち、すぐに元の宿泊先に戻りました。 便利な時代になったとはいえ、今回の件は少し残念に思いました。 もちろん忘れ物をしてしまったこちらの落ち度もありますが、立地や施設の快適さは非常に良かっただけに、惜しい印象です。 設備・立地は素晴らしく、出雲大社参拝には大変おすすめの宿ですので、忘れ物にさえ気をつければ快適に過ごせると思います。
