EEsther Nina olooI was there with my daughter and we had amazing time. The hotel put us in the wrong room but the hotel changed the room. Thank you trip.com for the compensation. The room was lovely with an excellent view. The service provided by the hotel was excellent. From the Manager to the reception to the guy who carried our bags..... Even at the restaurant where we had our meals. Excellent food too. They had so many activities and the best New Years eve dinner, entertainment and fireworks. We even stayed an extra night. I plan to visit again.

XXiaolvdouziFacilities: The room is far from the hotel front desk, so you need to borrow the hotel's car to go back and forth, but the frequency is very high, and the driver's attitude is also very friendly. Environment: The invincible lake view room overlooks the entire lake area. Looking at the sunrise and the mist-shrouded lake in the morning, the scene is still very shocking. Saw giraffes, flamingos, rhinos, zebras, antelopes, hyenas and more. Special note: The hotel is located in NAKURU National Park, and it takes nearly an hour to drive on a dirt road to get in. Google Navigation shows the location of the national park gate, so pay attention to the calculation time.
