Convenient transportation, not far from the main street, the room is clean and tidy, the environment outside the window is very good, you can spend a whole day on the balcony, the room and management staff are very good.

This place is ain't and calm. The location is near a monk temple and 500 meters from the monk coming out about 530 am. So if you have that spiritual side and like the peace and quiet, stay here. The patio lock isn't very secured and have to push it in to lock it. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The location of the hotel is very good, you can go to the hotel for 40,000 old coins to navigate the high-speed rail, which is very convenient. There is no obstacle to the communication at the front desk of the hotel. It will be Chinese, Laotian, English. It is mainly close to where to go. We walked to the night market in 5 minutes, which is very convenient. It is also very close to the morning market, and you can go to see the experience when you get up early.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service in every aspect. The staff - all of them without exception - were friendly and so helpful. Great breakfast. Nice swim up pool and overall amenities in great condition. Big comfortable and well equipped rooms. Shuttle into the center of Luang Prabang whenever needed. Definitely recommend this great hotel. Booked 2 standard twin patio and 2 deluxe double rooms. Rooms are spacious, sparkling clean and well decorated. Hotel is 300 metres away from the main street where tourists crowd around for alms giving in the morning and 200 metres away from the Mekong river where all the nice restaurants are located. Most important and impressive about this hotel are the hosts Mr and Mrs Guillaume Burri who are extremely hospitable and friendly. They will assist guests in booking transportation, tour and restaurant reservations. Highly recommended.

There weren't many Chinese people in the hotel. I didn't see any other Chinese people during my two nights there. There was only one review from a Chinese person, and it was a negative one. The location is average, to be honest. However, the hotel provides free shuttle service. There was no hot water on the first night, so I texted Line and they moved me. The next day, they even apologized and treated me to dinner.

The standards in some parts of area are a little patchy on service and cleanliness, but overall this hotel did extremely well, and any small oversights were immediately corrected by the head female staff, who was truly excellent. During the rainy season, the low season, guests are relatively few and I could enjoy the swimming pool to myself, both morning and evening. The pool is pretty big, deep and perfect. It is rectangular, so one can do laps. I selected this hotel largely for the pool and I was really really happy with it. The pool has its own shower and towels etc. My superior room was very comfortable and large and the bedding was of professional quality, in pure white cotton. In short, I think 5/5 is deserved. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

The room is clean and comfortable. The view is also beautiful. The owner is a very friendly Vietnamese. The hotel location is also in the center so the shops are close together, very convenient. Next time if I come back, I will also choose Vang Luang Hotel.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The front desk guy is very welcoming. It has its own little courtyard and a great location. He's very helpful if you need help. If you rent a scooter, ask the front desk guy for help. At least the compensation for scratches isn't that steep, and he'll help you bargain. I'd recommend this to my friends.

Bad experience, the price you pay doesn't match the room's quality you get. We paid about 140$ for a family room (35 sq.m in description), but get a small room stuffed with beds with no space even for suitcases. After one night, management gave as the bigger room, which was as big as expected (that's good), but the room wasn't cozy and neat. It looked quite filthy. I recommend choosing another place for staying in LP. Attached photos of family room we got first, and the second one.
