AAmy TsukaharaWonderful atmosphere and very comfortable. Terrific breakfast! Very attentive and hospitable staff who answered all of my questions and happily helped with anything I needed. Extremely comfortable and warm beds. Room was clean and spacious. The atmosphere was so great that even on stormy days, I had a fulfilling time just sitting in the lobby and enjoying the ambience and refreshments. There were only a couple areas for improvement: - the shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap had a very powerful scent. I have suggested the staff offer unscented options, and they made a note of it. - one of the USB charging ports in the room didn’t work well, and the placement of some outlets were a little inconvenient. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely cost this hotel again. とても雰囲気が良く、非常に快適でした。朝食も素晴らしかったです。スタッフの皆さんはとても気配りが行き届いていて親切で、私の質問にもすべて丁寧に答えてくださり、必要なことがあれば喜んで対応してくれました。ベッドはとても暖かく、寝心地も抜群でした。客室は清潔で、広さも十分でした。 雰囲気が本当に素晴らしく、嵐の日でさえ、ロビーに座って雰囲気や軽食・ドリンクを楽しむだけで、充実した時間を過ごすことができました。 改善点を挙げるとすれば、ほんの少しだけあります。 ・シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープの香りがかなり強かった点です。無香料の選択肢があると良いのではないかとスタッフに提案したところ、メモを取ってくださいました。 ・客室内のUSB充電ポートのうち1つがうまく作動せず、また一部のコンセントの配置がやや使いにくく感じました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。またぜひこのホテルを利用したいと思います。
