JJaneShGreat hotel! We really enjoyed our holiday at the hotel. It's a whole city! There's a promenade and several swimming pools. The food is top notch! You can have a buffet, you can go to restaurants, and there's even a coffee shop with delicious coffee! We spent our evenings at the bar, drinking delicious cocktails and dancing. There's a beautiful trail nearby - Cape Sao Lourenco. There's a shuttle to Funchal, which is very convenient. We'll definitely come back again!

GGuest Userwe have stayed here for 5 nights and the breakfast choice was as great as we have thought after reading the reviews simply because they stick to just fixed items whereas when we stayed in 5 stars hotels in asia, there's always slight difference of options daily for breakfast. the stay was ok, I would stay it feels more like a good 4 stars than a true 5 stars

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the Lido area; great restaurants around the hotel and the airport bus stops right outside the hotel (return cost 8 euros)! Staff really friendly also and the team arranged a little surprise for my partner s birthday also. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was really good too with lots of choices. Hotel amenities were good too. All in all a great hotel. We also enjoyed the 30min walk to the old town from hotel but appreciate this may not be for everybody…though plenty taxis and the local bus route are a skip and a hop away.

栗栗The hotel that left a deep impression will have a chance to come back. The hotel is in a great location, close to the edge of the cliff. Invincible sea view. All kinds of swimming pools are suspended on the edge of the cliff at different heights. There are sea water, natural water temperature and heated water temperature, which enjoy great value. There are 2 large restaurants, and the rest of the outdoor restaurants, bars, and salons are so many that they have stayed for a few days and have not found out. The big restaurant buffet has a cabaret show in the evening, and the male and female singers play piano. There are tabloids in the hotel, 6 languages, English and American languages, and there are American and British versions. Service staff gentlemanly, friendly and friendly. Different restaurants with a variety of flavors to choose from.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel service is very good, the room is very clean, you can put together a big bed or split it into two single beds, the room is large, although the hotel has a long history, it is well maintained, there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and there is snorkeling on the sea. The hotel is built by the sea with beautiful scenery. The lower part of the hotel has one side against the cliff, similar to the Shenkeng Hotel in Songjiang, Shanghai. It is convenient to walk to the city for 15 minutes. There is a bus stop at the door. The breakfast is also very good. The local climate in early February is really pleasant, and the air is very good. It is worth coming again.

AAd rianExcelent choice for our stay in Madeira. The hotel is located in a natural botanical garden - some will count this as a minus, but I disagree. On our arrival, at 2AM - Bolt cost was 25USD (31kms). Excelent service, very clean, lots of activities and friendly staff. Totally recommended.
